It is almost 5am and I am still awake. I should go to bed soon. This paper I am writing is giving me nightmares lol. Sad
At least reading some of the threads on Canadavisa, keeps me either awake or amused. There is another interesting thread going on about fraud or not to fraud and I am trying hard not to comment lol.

yes, me too Smiley

It means that the information you sent is now a part of your file and visa officer will review it while taking up your file. Noting serious.

AOA Hot Lier/SK/All Seniors & Others.

In the form SCHEDULE 3 Economic Class - Federal Skilled Workers (imm0008_3e) , there is clause 6 that

Language (Continued)
Have you taken an approved test to access your proficiency in English or French?
Yes -> Provide a copy of approved test result
No  -> Provide evidence of your proficiency in Canadian's official languages.

But in Document Checklist - Centralized Intake Office (CIO) there is clause 11

Submit only the documents requested on this checklist.
Additional documents and photos are not required at this time.

(where IELTS document is not required in this check list)

Now please tell me

Whether i have to submit IELTS result copy with the application form SCHEDULE 3 Economic Class - Federal Skilled Workers (imm0008_3e).
I dont have IELTS right now, but i'll while my application will be verified by Sydney for further processing. Now tell me what i have to do.
Should i take IELTS first n then Submit my application to Sydney or just i check that box that i have IELTS, do the IELTS after when i got intimation to submit further documents.

Please answer, i need it badly.

If you do not have your IELTS score before sending application to CIO just check NO and send your application without IELTS.
After approval from CIO you will need your IELTS and all supporting documents

Provide evidence of your proficiency in Canadian's official languages
You will provide either IELTS or other evidence after your approval from CIO
i dont have French done as well.
If you do not have claimed points for FRENCH then you do not need to provide any proof for that

Thanks buddies for your prompt reply

One more question

I do have Arranged Employment, in that case i don't  need to submit the proof of minimum funds required http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/EG72.asp. But is it mandatory / good to show funds that i can support my journey or it will be ok without any bank statement.

this is not required. however, any additional information you submit will at least not harm you... so i'd say.. upto you.

Applicant has to check one box, and both boxes demand prove.
If i check NO, i have to provide French prove
If i check Yes, i have to provide IELTS prove

Confused, please clarify
