Translation of NIC to English from 'Kuchchery Translator' : PKR 50/-
Translation of Nikah Nama to English from 'Kuchchery Translator' : PKR 50 - 100/-
Translation of Birth certificate to English from 'Kuchchery Translator' : PKR 50/-
Notarization of documents :     @     PKR 20/- per attestation by Notary Public
Haggle for all 3 translations to English + Notarization resposibility on the shoulders of 'Kuchchery Translator' : Upto PKR 200/-for all three documents.
Advantage: One window operation under one hour + acceptability at CHC 

P.S. The birth certificate is not acceptable to CHC if the registration of birth was not made within 3 months of the birth, even 20 years earlier. In this case, Matric certificates, NIC and PP suffice in Pakistan.

Thank you very much for detailed discussion, it seems that CHC itself does not follow rules strictly, what i have concluded is to keep it simple by taking printout of an English translation of the document and get it stamped and verified by the solicitor. a sigh of relief for not seeing Daftri babu again and again.....lol, thanks any way God bless you all.

Great News, Finally I have got the most awaited PPR

Allhamdolillah!

I am so happy to receive my PPR today. It was a long wait since September, but now I am relieved and looking forward to submit my RPRF and rest of the documentation later this week. I would like to thank all my friends specially Target, Hot-Lier, Manj, Amerzd, Aamer43, PK09, S.K. imran01, Ramesch, honeyborn, Raoo,Rahat, and all others for there prayers and inshallah by the grace of Allah you will also receive good news shortly.

Regarding last part on birth certificate, what i perceive is that If birth certificate is not available Matric certificate & other mentioned documents are acceptable by CHC

1. I wrote Pakistan instead of Islamabad in "Visa office requested for processing" column.

2. I followed the hrdc guidelines for my job duties & I wrote 11 points describing my job duties but they still more.

3. My NOC is 9212 & my profession is Cosmetics processing. ( If u can help, I would like to share what I had written as Job duties).

yes, it is confirmed. you can get computerized nkah nama and also the birth certificates issued by NADRA from the UC(union council) of your area. To get computerized nikah nama, go to the UC of your area, show them the nikah nama u already have, and they will issue you a computerized MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE (both in english  and urdu on the same page,costs about Rs 350) and ask them to let u have a proof reading (for english and urdu spellings) before taking print out. similary u can get brith certificate issued by nadra from your UC and for NIC translation,you can get translation from some AUTHORIZED TRANSLATOR or alternatively if you do have money to spend get a NICOP( its in english and costs about Rs:2100) from nadra id card office. it was only issued to overseas pakistanis before but now every citizen of pakistan can have it.

One question...i do have original birth certificate issued by UC on Nadra prescribed Form, which is in Urdu. Do they issue Birth Certificate in English as well?? or I just have to translate this into english like everyone does.
