No idea Sirjee .. maybe other members who might have had a similar experience will comment shortly,

Still lets just hope for the best..

I have requested them to send my original education documents back. Do you(anyone) have any idea or experience how soon they will send those documents back. I have got automated response form them and then after that they replied that "your request has been forwarded to IO, it will be reviewed and then we will send back your document shortly."

I just want to figure out. how many days they will take to send my documents back ?

i need them urgently  Sad

Afaraz

also see the speed of my rating change...yesterday at this time its -1 and in exact after 12 hours when i checked it is +3.... and now its again goes to ZERO...its look like... HINDU MUSLIM FASADAAT HO RAHAIN HAIN...kabhi chakooo or kabhi marham...in a single day

Dear brothers & sisters and to all friends,

Can someone explain what these ratings are for ? If this is for your personal appreciation then friends it disappoints me a lot as a very junior member and if this rating is to keep this thread alive then we should work hard to maintain it.

When I came across this forum I got great hope that so many questions pinching my brain everyday will get the ultimate solutions by discussing them with you people. To some extent my hopes were met but from last couple of weeks this forum has become more of a discussion room for you seniors. Pleaseeeeee do not drift away from the real focus. This is your duty to help us (juniors) because you are the ones who are chosen by God to help your other country men so they can get the results they have dreamed for "GETTING PERMANENT CANADIAN RESIDENCE". So please help us.

On the other hand I have decided I will help my other members as well. I have studied in Canada and I did my Bachelors from there so definitely I have some experience of Canadian life and I am ready to share with you people and especially for those who are done with their medicals . I am sure there would be many other members who have studied in Canada or any other foreign country, they should come forward and share their experience. We all are blessed with abilities lets share them and train each other for a very successful life in Canada.

Thanks

Dear MRS,

First of all my sincere apologies, if I hurt any of your / countrymen sentiments.

I am INDIAN, a MUSLIM and I am proud of both. People like imran when they post such things, it really frightens. We are here to talk constructive, whats benefit to both our nations and of course there is a lot to improve in both our countries. Bringing such topics really makes you feel like itching old wounds come back again and can put a bad impression on young minds. Our youngsters need lot of positive thoughts and feeling, and we all agree !

Again, I am really sorry. Your post really made sense.

No more debate on this topic. Stopping it here for our all good. Again, may almighty bless us all !

Dear Malik

Its evident from your post that you have very little idea about Pakistan. Some times its better to ignore the posts like of Mr.Imran than to write a thesis like you have done and that too without knowing the complete picture.

Dear this forum is not meant to discuss politics other wise I could have presented history to prove the reality of brother hood between Hindus and Muslims in India. I strongly object to your post as you have criticize the entire Pakistani community and its media rather than trying to reply Mr.Imran. If you disagree with his post you could have targeted him rather than targeting our country this shows the attitude which we always complain

Pakistanis are peace loving nation and we do not need to prove that to any one.

The purpose of this post is not to initiate a debate but to remind that there are certain limits to our freedom of writing and both you and Imran has crossed these limits.

I will appreciate if my post is taken as an advice and not as an excuse to indulge in more controversy.

Regards

MRS

I do agree. All cases filed before nov 2008 don't get AOR2 and directly receive PA. So be positive and wait for big thing "PA"....

Hello Friends:

I have started a new topic with following heading:

Pakistan Applicants - FSW Categoty (Simplified Application Rules) Before 02-2008

This is specifically for those Pakistani applicants who have applied under FSW categoty when simplified application rule was introduced. I am looking for those who applied in first half of 2007 & later. Please come and join. A couple of freinds are also eager to know about them and their current status. You are invited to share your time lines and situations there.

My question for such waitents is that whether some one has got any new letter after they have received the "Letter of contunied intererst for Canada Immigration".

Gentlemen , i am done with my documents and want to have a verdict of proffessionals so that i can step towards sending the doc to sydney ...I intend to file under skill classs category 0213 as i am working as  a Project manager for a Telecom solution provider and as of now I posses almot 3 years of experince in this discipline. My rest of the experience is in Business development and as a Controller International Business .

I have searced NOC site and have evaluated that Business Development manager falls under NOC 4163 code  If any one can confirm this , it will be of great help

Also , i am unable to locate under which category Controller  International Business will fall  as i was mainly involved in handling and development of international business so will it also fall under category 4163 Huh

Furthermore , my rest of the experience ( 4163) other than 0213 does not fall under Skill level O,A,B am i right  Huh? if yes  then shall i not mention this in schedule 3 - question 11 ?? as it specifically says to include that experience which falls under skill level O, A and B

please advice. THanks

Although it has been decided that there will be more discussion on this topic, but I still want to add some thing

Quoted from abumalik
Why do you want to bring in HINDU MUSLIM stuff here ?

Quoted from imran01
..its look like... HINDU MUSLIM FASADAAT HO RAHAIN HAIN..

Dear brother abumalik
You took imran01's words in the wrong sense. He used this sentence as a “common saying/proverb” which come into exist in Pakistan after 1947. And you know what happened in 1947.
So it's a common saying in Pakistan that  “..its look like... HINDU MUSLIM FASADAAT HO RAHAIN HAIN..”
So you don't need to afraid of it.
Now some words about your portrait picture of hindu muslim unity in India.
I am staying abroad, I have lot of interaction with Indian muslims and hindus, but I heard total different stories about this portrait unity, which I don't want to mention here. But any one can image it from the incidents of babri majisd, surut, in whole gujrat and many other places.
But you can't imagine the peace and prosperity of the hindu and sikh community in Pakistan.
But I totally agree with you that we have to forget all these things and work together in peace and love.

Dear Bro,
First of all u need to properly understand difference b/w 'Skill level' and 'Skill Type'. As per CIC website, you are eligible to apply if your work experience falls under 'Skill Type 0' or 'Skill Level A or B'. Here is the detail:

Skill Type:

Skill type refers to the type of work performed, but also reflects the field of training or experience that is normally required for entry into an occupation. It also includes the educational area of study required, as well as the industry of employment in cases where experience within an internal job ladder is required for entry. NOC recognizes 10 different types of occupations. They are:

0:  Management Occupations
1:  Business, Finance and Administration Occupations
2:  Natural and Applied Sciences and Related Occupations
3:  Health Occupations
4:  Occupations in Social Science, Education, Government Service and Religion
5:  Occupations in Art, Culture, Recreation and Sport
6:  Sales and Service Occupations
7:  Trades, Transport and Equipment Operators and Related Occupations
8:  Occupations Unique to Primary Industry
9:  Occupations Unique to Processing, Manufacturing and Utilities

The first digit of a NOC code normally designates the skill type. For example, Health Occupations such as Physicians, Nurses and Dentists start with the digit 3.

Skill Level:

Skill level refers to the type and/or amount of training or education required for the work of an occupation. NOC recognizes 4 different skill level categories.

Skill Level A:   Occupations that usually require university education (NOC second digit = 1)
Skill Level B:   Occupations that usually require college education or apprenticeship training (NOC second digit = 2 or 3)
Skill Level C:   Occupations that usually require secondary school and/or occupation-specific training (NOC second digit = 4 or 5)
Skill Level D:   No formal educational requirements. On-the-job training is usually provided (NOC second digit = 6)

The second digit of a NOC code denotes the skill level (except in the case of management occupations). Please note that management occupations are not assigned to a skill level category because factors other than education and training (e.g. previous experience, capital) are often more significant determinants for employment.

As per above, ur experience in NOC 4163 falls under Skill Level 'A'.

@  Seniors: ur valuable thoughts would be a great addition on this.

Dear friend.... you need to submit the fees (RPRF) at Standard Chartered Bank - Clifton branch---- just ahead to Mc Donald Clifton.. you must be knowing it is 550 CAD $ per person (covered in your application) and 150 CAD $ for minors (per minor). The bank would charge you 4,000 RAK rupees as service charges. After submission RPRF, you would get two copies... one you have to keep in your record and the other one must be mailed along with application package.
well what money discussion is about?HuhHuh?? i have already sent dd of 1550 dollars to ns sydney through wall street. do i need to send more to chc ibd and if so at what time???
at the time of passport request and how much Shocked please guide me thanx
