With reference to the Email recieved by Shanbaba regarding Passport Request from CHC,Islamabad in which they have asked for Updated Bnak Statement,with that they have put some conditions,I will paste that below :

            "- Proof of transferable funds, in your name, in the form of original updated Bank Statement [Transaction Report 3-6 months] equivalent to CAD$ 22,831 from your bank showing that you have sufficient liquid funds, unencumbered by any debts or obligations.

             Note: Bank Certificates / Letters, Joint Bank Account Statements (where co-holder is other than your spouse) or Bank Statement if it is in the name of the Company/Business, Bank Drafts, Saving/Investment documents, Fixed Deposits and Property Evaluation certificates are not accepted as proof of funds. "

              Now the problem I am facing is that I have provided CHC,Islamabad my Joint Bank Account with my Mother in Full Application with Supporting Docs already sent to CHC.I have also attached an Affidavit at that time signed by my mother that she will have no Objection If I withdraw whole amount in case of Immigration to Canada.
             Now in this email I have pasted above ,they are again asking for Updated Bank statement but with that they have also mentioned that Joint Account with Spouse is only acceptable to them and that Joint Account with other persons is not acceptable. What should I do in this scenario??? I am expecting same Email by the end of July,so have little time left,opening a new account is out of questio thing,so please advice me in this scenario.. what problems I have to dela with in this situation?

Imran Bhai, just relax, by the grace of Allah everything will be ok. In case you receive the same email, than you can reply back saying that you can transfer the required amount to any Canadian Bank accepted by the CHC-ISB, before the stamping of VISA. I hope this is manageable, and local Visa office will have no objection on this.

Play safe i Advise....at this stage you should work with zero risk and what if you transfer you mother's money in your own account. It does't make any difference bec you are not going to use that money and you will also fulfill the requirement of Embassy. and as you allready have told them that you mother don't have any objection if you use it for canadian immigration purpose. i strongley recoment do exactly as CHC, Required.

hi everybody...

when do we have to submit the bank statement...
i.e. i will be applying for my CI only (single)...and its 10500 CAD$ i guess..so wen do we have to submit the bankstatement for this amount of money at...how many months after the initial application and at wat stage?

Hi Driller, Please refer to http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/funds.asp for updated information. You will be asked to submit bank statement along with complete documents after 120 days letter will be issued to you (tentatively) 6-8 weeks after forwarding initial application to CIU (Nova Scotia, CA).

Arrange a DD of the same amount on your name for a certain period.

oh dear. reply of azfar confused me again. seniors who have got provincial acceptance can u shed some light on this.

one more thing, my wife has done B.A and then M.A. she has following documents

1. B.A marks sheet
2. M.A marks sheet
3. M.A degree

but no B.A degree. so would we need B.A degree with full application or the M.A degree and marks sheet is enough???

Transfer the required amount in your own account otherwise you may have no time to play even a single shot
