Normally in 90% cases they only interview the primary applicants not dependents, therefore i am hoping its not necessary for your husband to appear in the interview provided he don't have visa of uae, if he does, then they might call him but chances are pretty low.

I am giving this information based on information that i had from internet and people feedback who appeared in the interview.

Because each case is different
.

wj

Applicant his accompanying spouse and each dependent 18 years of old must attend interview

Dear SK,

its not necessary specially for candidate whose dependants are not in the same country of his application. Better re-check with your immigration office to get it confirmed.

Thanks.

Dear All....
I hv applied for PR in October 2008 and my case is PNP. Our IA completed in end of February and then our medical was done in March 10 2009 but we did not receive our PPR yet. One of my friends medical date is March 19, 2009 and he received his PPR a week back. Another one had his medical on April 19, 2009 and he also received his visa today. So what are the possible reasons behind it that they people had their medical after us but they even got their visa. It is more than three months since medical and we did not receive PPR and i sent a bundle of e.mails to them but no reply... Can anyone give me an idea what is going to happen? Its CHC Islamabad....

I dont know exactly the paper work and other possible reasons for this delay but i can give you another example of mine. I allpied on  June 2008 and one of my friend applied in August, 2008 but he recievd AOR prior to me and same as documents requested before me. We fall in the same category, same occupation , same office and almost same type of application. i was also very surprised for all of this but at I can see it happens. But i advise you to send them an email for this , same as i did and things went fine.

Today I have talked to one of my friend who was working at CHC Islamabad for 19 years and recently left the job. When I told him about three months time after medical with no PPR, then he said something is wrong with ur case as in PNP cases they hardly take two months after medical but I shall visit him tomorrow to talk in details... i am really worried now..

I think you better here accurate information, while submitting your full application and further attach an explanation for your previous mistake. I think it willl definattely cover the little problem. It is not a big deal and could happen to any one.

Dear All,

Following are the questions that i have send to the candian visa section Islamabad,these people are very hard to get on phone ,my wife is the main applicant and we applied under the college teacher category,we recieved our first approval exactly in one month time on 4th june 2009 by email and have been directed to submitt our final application to the visa office,kindly go through the questions and give ur precious feed back.Feel free to contact me on 0346-9709991,and this Pakistan Application Forum is a very great effort,Allah Bless u All!!!!

    * Birth Certificate

my old birth certificate has been misplaced.i have made a new one.will it be acceptable otherwise what other options we have?

    * Education Documents:

Do i have to submit original degrees and transcripts of education documents or notarized copies of the educational documents are acceptable.

    * Travel Documents:

Do i have to submit the original passports or the copies of the first 4 pages are acceptable.

    * Job Documents:

Do i have to submit the original job contract or the notarized copy of the job contract is sufficient.

    * Settlement Funds

   1. Can the bank certificate or statement of my spouse who will be accompanying me to Canada can be used as i have all my savings in my husbands account.(very important)(we dont have a joint account,even if we want to have now it wont have any history of transactions)
   2. Is the bank certificate sufficient or the bank statement has to be submitted also.

    * Family Composition

we are expecting a child in November.if the child is born after receiving permanent resident visa,what steps we will have to follow in order to register new born child with the Islamabad visa office.

We are confused because we dont know to follow the checklist at the international website or the Islamabad consulate website checklist.
