Hi rao are you sure that If I have 3 year work experience which is not in NOC 38 that will be counted because when I applied last time I awarded 21 points I have 2 year network engineer work experience and 3 years as a administrator work experience if I have 1 year full time work experience as a accountant so that my previous work experience will be counted and awarded points for 3 years work experience if you can confirm with hot lier or seniors about this . Many thanks Hi ali your total job experience should be four year for 21 points, but to qualify minimum one year full time contionus job experience from NOC-38 is required. Work Experenice will also be counted outside the NOC-38. suppose you have 4 year work experience, and break up of your work experience is as 1year form NOC-38 + 3year outside from NOC-38, then you will be awarded 21 points, hope this help SALAM everyone
I want to discuss my case if some one help me out in this matter I applied from London in Nov 05 and my case was refused in jan09 my refusal base was that my master degree is not an recognized university now I want to reapply again my all background till my master degree is related to computer science after my master degree I have done some diplomas in business administration now I am working as a accountant my consultant said me that if I have to reapply I have to show 4 year job experience because my master degree is not recognized so i have to apply on my bachelor degree now I am so confused what shall I do there is nothing written in CIC website that for accountant you have to show 4 years job experience can some one help me out .

Letter of Positive Outcome: It is the letter sent by Local CHC before the medicals are sent to the applicant. In this letter it is mentioned that the applicant is successful in one of the stages i.e. the 67 points. The applicant is also advised that CHC will send the medicals in next few weeks. Also, if they need any other additional documents, they may ask in this letter. Few of our friends have received the letter, and some also received the medicals after that. Inquiry: It is usually a call to the employer and/or verification of degrees etc. |

Anytime this week. The visa remains valid for one year after the date of medical. |

You can claim points for all experiences which fall in NOC O, A or B

I am little bit confused please suggest. Do I need to have 1 year full time piad job experience in past ten years among 38 list to qualify for FSW under category 1, or must have 1 year full time job with current employer???
Actually I have been working with my current employer for last 9 months as an Accountant NOC # 1111 whereas I already have 2.3 years experience under same NOC in past ten years. So, am I qualify to apply at this stage or would I have to wait unless I complete my one year with current employer.

100% sure, as Camilla confirmed this, she is an immigration consultant she wrote You only need 1 year experience in the occupation on the list--0213. They will give you points for your other work experience provided it is at a NOC o,a,b,. So you should get full points for you experience. 2.5 year work experence will let you eligible for applying. no need to wait another 3 months for applying I am little bit confused please suggest.
