SALAM everyone
I want to discuss my case if some one help me out in this matter I applied from London in Nov 05 and my case was refused in jan09 my refusal base was that my master degree is not an recognized university now I want to reapply again my all background till my master degree is related to computer science after my master degree I have done some diplomas in business administration now I am working as a accountant my consultant said me that if I have to reapply I have to show 4 year job experience because my master degree is not recognized so i have to apply on my bachelor degree now I am so confused what shall I do there is nothing written in CIC website that for accountant you have to show 4 years job experience can some one help me out .

Dear friends,
I have only one month now to submit the full documents to the visa office in London under the new roles and I haven't finished collecting all my documents till today.And I expect to finish collecting them in around two months from today.
What shall I do now?
-Can I withdraw my application and resubmit it aging to get more time to finish collecting the documents?
-Or can I send my documents without those which I could not get it till now? And in this
case what will happen? Do they will withdrew my application and refund the fees?
Please advice me
If there are any suggestions please tell me and I will be very thankful.

Hi ali your total job experience should be four year for 21 points, but to qualify minimum one year full time contionus job experience from NOC-38 is required. Work Experenice will also be counted outside the NOC-38. suppose you have 4 year work experience, and break up of your work experience is as 1year form NOC-38 + 3year outside from NOC-38, then you will be awarded 21 points, hope this help SALAM everyone

AMERZD> Hi Asaad, remember one that CIC has clearly advised all applicants to arrange documents first and then apply as CIC is not giving adjournment anymore in any circumstances.
-Can I withdraw my application and resubmit it aging to get more time to finish collecting the documents?
AMERZD> You can withdraw your application and can resubmit anytime in future when you are done with documents.
-Or can I send my documents without those which I could not get it till now? And in this
case what will happen? Do they will withdrew my application and refund the fees?
AMERZD> CIC doesn't accept any subsequent submittion of documents and may take final decision on the basis of provided documents / evidences.
Please advice me
If there are any suggestions please tell me and I will be very thankful.

Salaam All Pakistanis,
I have got a list of questions, it would be great if you can help me out. I know I am asking somequestions which are repeated in our Forum. Kindly excuse me for that - since I am not using any agent I dont want to make any (sillyyyyy!!) mistake.
1. I have around 35+ pages of documents how do I arrange them
a) in wht order should I arrange
b) how do i group them do I staple or paper clip
2. Whom should I get the documents to translated and attested from - Govt hospital doctors or lawyers or notary?? for translation is there any specific body or firm??
3. Should I get all the docs attested including my salary slips, reference letters.
4. Which courier service shall i use from India?

select pakistan
put the numbers(may more than one upto 30) in the box and press he button track..when you will see the result , you understand what info these number provides

"Hope all ur lies would be washed away now "or "Hope u r not lying " Just kidding. = = = = = = = = = Finally i got the letter of +ve outcome, Alhamdulillahi Rabil Aalameen.But they have also asked to submit couple of more documents. Like another police certificate etc. They didn't return my job letters(orignals) Did u guys got the job letters back??? They just sent my school transcripts back which were also originals.
