it depends on number of person applying, its better to have funds 20 % more than minimum requirement, just to reduce rejection if they increase the fee in future...

Need a advice Please . I have 4 Years experience as a Secondary school Teacher and 1.5 years as a lecturer at College Level. For secondary school teacher I wrote down the NOC code:4141 , and for Lecturer I wrote down:4131 .. now here i am confuse a bit. I haven't seen any NOC code for Secondary school teacher in 38 NOC job List ? the question is will my experience be considered worth as a secondary school teacher along with college lecturer one ? since i don't see any code for secondary school teacher in 38 job list, does it mean I won't be able to get any point for this experience ? please Guys I need a Good and humble advice. Thanks

To consider your self eligible CIC only confirm that you have at least 1 year (on date when you application is received) of experience in job as listed in 38 NOC job list, since you have 1.5 years of experience as Lecturer at college level and I am assuming this job catagory is listed 38 NOC job list, therefore you should be safe... this is the first condition of being eligible, if you fulfill this than they will count your full  4 years experience and provide you the maximum point available for experience.

Thanks

A) I am confused in selecting my NOC. I am software engineer by education and i am working as Network sytem administrator for the last 3 years in Mobilink. i want to know do i fall in 0213 catagory?? as example title includes only manangers in IT field.

B) Do i need to send my copy of educational documentation and experience certificates to CIO sydney? or i just need to send
          1.IMM 0008 - Generic.
          2.IMM 0008 -Schedule 1.
          3.IMM0008-  Schedule3
          4. Copy of passport
          5. fee payment

C) I am in Nikkah but rukhsati is not yet been done. can i claim the points of my wife? and can i apply for her also?

Hi Mobilink........Firts of all please imrove your mobilink network in iSLAMABAD. Smiley) Just kiding

1. You beter check and match job responsibilities at www.cic.gc.ca and then you can mention your NOC accordingly.

2. Secondly you dont need to send any type of educational or experience certificates with your primary application.

3. You are allready in Nikah so you can mention her in your application and apply accordingly.

Regards.

Does your official job description say that you "manage" stuff?

You need to match your job description with the main duties of 0213 listed at the following link:

http://www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/NOC/English/NOC/2006/QuickSearch.aspx?val65=0213

If some of your official duties match then you are eligible to apply under 0213. However, I suspect that Network Administrator falls under NOC 2281 (Computer Network Technicians). Have a look at this link

http://www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/NOC/English/NOC/2006/ProfileQuickSearch.aspx?val=2&val1=2281&val65=0213

B) Do i need to send my copy of educational documentation and experience certificates to CIO sydney? or i just need to send

          3.IMM0008-  Schedule3
          4. Copy of passport
          5. fee payment

You need to send the above mentioned list. Plus Schedule 1 Background Declaration form, Additional Family Information form and Use of a Rep form (if applicable). If you are claiming points for spouse then you also need to send her schedule 1 Background declaration form and Additional Family Information form.

No photos, IELTS result or education and professional experience is needed for CIO review.

C) I am in Nikkah but rukhsati is not yet been done. can i claim the points of my wife? and can i apply for her also?

Yes you can claim points for your wife as long as you have an original nikkah nama and some nikkah photos as a proof.

Thanks in adance

Good luck!

leodelion.  Yes you need to Fill out all those Forms you have mentioned in your Post +Fees+passport Photocopy and + IMM5612 <------- Infect This IMM5612 is a Cover page and called document Check List Form, don't forget to send this one along with all of your others Forms Please.
As for as Your profession is concerned, that's something you must yourself decide, at least i am unable to give you an advice regarding it. Good Luck

I have noticed that people who directly send their application to Canada, and after approval sent their complete application to Local office in Islamabad have recieved only AOR after 30-40 Days and Secondly one who sent their primary application Directly to CHC, Islamabad were responded after 60-70 Days but directly with medical request or updated documents etc. I think the difference is the file number bec the people who applied in canada were issued file number twice and who applied here in Islamabad were issued file number once in the first AOR after submitting the primary application.

What is your opinion ?

Normally in 90% cases they only interview the primary applicants not dependents, therefore i am hoping its not necessary for your husband to appear in the interview provided he don't have visa of uae, if he does, then they might call him but chances are pretty low.

I am giving this information based on information that i had from internet and people feedback who appeared in the interview.

Because each case is different

Applicant his accompanying spouse and each dependent 18 years of old must attend interview
