Brother, you have to send your docs before the deadline (at least 3 working days before, considering postal delays) if not possible, inform them the reason of your delay and how much time you further require, luckily you might be awarded an extension. Otherwise your application might end up being terminated.

thnx buddy, but i think i will not be able to subit dox on 10 JAN as there is some problem re my birth certificate,
my question is that if infortunately i wouldnt be able to submit dox on agreed time then would there be any extension from islamabad embessay?? plz advise

No problem and i just clarified , lest one could not be missunderstood for this part.

Anyways life is Good here in Canada but offcource it is really challenging to settle for each and every part of this society and job as well. As long as weather is concerned it was -25 for last couple of days but its beter with -5 or -6 now. And i think i choosed a wrong time for landing:). After spending few days in Toronto , I have noticed that i have made a mistake for not bringing my family with me. It supports anyways and at 360 degree. I would never suggest anyone to come without family. At least complete their landing and then you can send them back for a while , meanwhile you take your time to settle.Anyways for me what is done can't be un done. Behavior of the people is very nice and it is allways without any prejudice.Job situation is also not bad, it takes time to settle down with a good job but offcource for a start 10-15 cd per hour jobs are easily available.

Rest all is fine and Canada is a great place to grow with your families.I wish all of the forum members to complete their process soon InshaAllha and experience the quality life in Canada. But after all lahore lahore aey . many prayers for all of the forum brothers and sisters back home. Any type of question or Help is welcome and remember me in your prayers.

Only Original Transcripts and Degrees are Verified by HEC. And even after sending original documents with HEC's stamp embossed on the back, CHC Isl still verifies them.

So anyone can tell me what is the best option, sending original educational documents, original education documents with HEC stamp verification, or notarized copy of original?

Have u got request for degree to be verified by CHC. If yes, in which stage?
I have my degree and transcript verified by HEC, so what's the idea to send it's notarized copy in full application package, advise me?


Secondly, if my spouse lived for total 9 months in uk in student visa. He visited pakistan during semester break after 5 months but we forgot to mention it on our application sent on sydney CIO. Can we change it in the form which is to be sent to islamabad. And can we skip his police certificate if still mentioning 9 months visit to UK? advise me.

Guys,

I received my rejection letter today from CIO. As I mentioned earlier that I made a mistake in my 1st application that was received on 23th Oct and it was that I left "Other Countries with residence status" in Form IMM0008 blank, instead of writing N/A and I was expecting a rejection based on this.

This was what I learnt from these forums in early Nov so I readily sent another application that was received Nov 10th 2009 and I am counting on that now.I hope and pray that it goes through. Please pray for me as well and I would suggest all of you again to go through your application many times, cross check again n again also ask others to check it for you so that you don't make a mistake of leaving anything blank.

My eldest child was below 18 so I filled the forms accordingly and submitted to CIO. Now he is above 18 after I have received the AOR. Now I have to submit full application to CHC ISD. What should I do ?  Should I fill the forms for him which are required for the above 18. I hope PCC will not be required for him, as he is just one month and 18 years old. PCC will be required after 6 months of stay.
Please guide me in this regard...

Dear Forum members I have few quries about my case.

I have applied my full application to CHC Islamabad. Now i have got a baby and i want to add him with my application.

• whether i have to add him in additional family member's section B 'children' only or i also have to fill its section C, brothers and sister information also.
  Similarly either i have to fill the 'details of family members' section of the Main Application form, in which i have to include his particulars or i have to fill the whole application form and include my particulars as well as my wife's particulars.
  3rd thing is that either i have to submit his passport at the time of his enrolment with my appliction or this could be sent later.

"locking date" is the date which is entered by the CIO sydney in CAIPS, thereafter the date is locked and CHC cannot alter it as in OP6 manual.
