Sir, i don't belong to the related back ground but knowing that you're a CA, the NOC 1111 will suit your Qualifications better, compare both NOCs with your current activities and you should at least be involved in 70% of the stated category for a flawless application.

A quick question. I am Audit Manager here in UK. What will be the correct NOC for this category (0111 or 1111). I am assuming that you have a Finance/Audit background.

Salam Brother I have submitted simplefied application along with fee through ANZ Bank on Nov 2006 after one week I recived Letter which contains that your application is accepted and a skilled  worker they posted the file # and mentioned that you will wait for  36 to 42 months and mentioned about documents that when Islamabad Ambessy will need any thing than we will call you ,I have applied as Skilled Worker NOC 5111 as Librarian I have Master Degree in Library Infromation Science and working as Librarian and Subject Specialest since 1992 in BPS 17 in Government Girls Higher secondary school. They also mentioned that prepare your self for Immigration. After two Years I recived another letter which contains that if you are willing to go to Canada than reply with in 90 days after few days I replied that I am willing to go to Canada from last 6 months I am waitng for responce but not received any thing.I husband brother and sister are living in Canada from last 6 years.

Dilawer Bhai, I am also thinking of sending them a fax, but the point is that CHC will be closed for most of the time till New Year. Lets wait till the first half of January and than will take some action.

I saw on other forum that old applicants are getting PPR (though very slowly). These applicants have medicals done in March, 2009 and have very little time to land. There are around 8-10 such applicants. May be CHC want to attend there cases first.

No still waiting for the Visa. CHC-ISB is really slow. Although they issued few Visas for old applicants 2003-2004. Lets see how it goes.

I have emailed one of my very closed friend (ex-boss) in Edmonton and he is saying that recession is still there and this is also one of the coldest winter he has faced since landing in 1998. 

I will give you a call today or tomorrow

I am Applying under NOC 0213 as Manager Information System. If they CIO did not agree with my expirence will they return my application fees ?.

can I attach a seprate sheet to explain the responsiblity of my job or should i attach a CV. ?

In the form "Application for Residence" regarding the photograph of family members what size should it be... 35 X 45 with white background. ?

And if My application is accepted by CIO do i have to send all my origional to ISB or can I send notarized copies of all documents. ?

Answers

1. Yes, if CIO did not agree with your experience, they will return your fee.
2. Yes, you can attach additional sheets.
3. During Original application no need to send photographs. However, get them prepared. Good Photograph studios have all the information of sizes and backgrounds of photographs required. You can also check CIC website for latest info.
4. Notarized copies are accepted by CHC-ISB at later level.
