It is being implemented, normal duration is 6-12 months, but people delay the submission of documents which increases the duration of the process, You are given 120 days to submit all docs, avail the least possible time to submit them. I've seen ppl availing 100 days then complaining about their case being delayed.. Dear Brother Hot Lier, najeeb , mirza and other seniors....
Plz tell ...do you have any information about FAST TRACK that CHC is implementing on this new policy here in pakistan and issuing visas within a year....?
I have read somewhere that the processing time starts when you submit the Full application. So that is true then why its depend upon late submission of full documents. Sir, You are given 120 days (4 months) to provide full documents. You consume 100 days (3 months) to send them.. Then your processing starts !! if instead of taking 100 days you took only 20 days to send them, will you not get everything done sooner?? im not saying you'll save exactly 100 days, but yes hopefully some where around that figure.. |

can i sponser my brother right now as i have just permenent residence visa or can i after receiving PR card or when i got canadian passport....if any one have any idea so plz reply me...
You cannot sponsor your real brothers/sisters aged 18 and above separately. But you can sponsor your Parents and your siblings aged 22 and less can accompany them. For this you need to prove certain income level in order to sponsor your Parents. Processing times for Islamabad applicants are 5 years approximately. If you move to Saskatchewan or Manitoba, then you can sponsor all of your brothers/sisters, uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, 1st cousins (same relations of your husband too), after one year of residing in these Provinces. Processing times for Islamabad applicants are 2 years approximately. You do not need to prove income level in order to sponsor. You can sponsor as many relations as you want at one time. I have received the provisionally accepted Letter from CHC ISB , and said that will send you medical documents in weeks. but they asked for the updated Schedule 1 for my spouse and his education details with monts which i for got to mention last time, and ask IM0008 for spouse. dont know why for spouse it for Principal Applicant only i think?
letter dated 25 november 2009. when they will send medical forms, and how can i tell them about my child birth and how to pay fee.

Thanks for the advise Moon,
I've found and checked the status of the application, the website only says 'your case has been sent to Sydney office and the process started (what does it mean, the ISB office is not working?...). Though the AEO has been issued by HRDC than why there is delay? How long will it take?
Can any guru or senior can respondt?

Canadian PR use to take 5/6 yrs but we were happy. Now it takes max 1 year but we can't wait and before filling application start asking, when will i get med/Passport request? Do your home work, check forum previous pages read CIC site and respect seniors
