Thanks S.K ,Rabnawazkhan and everyone, if I'll not got the points for my wife as I have mentioned that she will not accompany with me ,May I now file her case right  now that she and my children are also going with me.Kindly guide me what should I do now?HuhHuh??

I suggest include them in your application bec it will not benifit you in any form. First you have to pay for their medicals, Seconldy you have to show their funds even they are non accompanying members and prepare all of their police clearance and passports etc  and above all you will loose your points for it. The only difference is the fee  and it is not wise to left them at this point. In any case you can travel alone in the start and they can follow you at later stage before the expiry of their visas.

Dear Najeeb, Hot Lier and angel eye...
Please....No offense.....!
Bcoz you guys minded my comments in angel eye case.....As i said "private degrees are not considered in CIO"..
I did not mention it on just behalf of my knwoledge...I had qouted it with reference to a renowned consultant Lalani Associates (Karachi)... for example...one of my colleage has privately done his intermediate and bachelors in commerece.....and when he visited some consultants as well as lalani consultant they straight forwardly told him that he is not eligible for immigration due to his private studies becoz CIO calculate your regular studies only in which you attend regular classes....
Anyways...I will not discourage or demoralize angeleye ... but i would must say that he/she should visit renownd consultant...
And always remember...filing a case in CIO is like you gonna fire a bullete to target...once you fired it won't back... you can do everything once its in your end otherwise....
Regards you all....

Dear Rabnawaz Bhai........ Thanks for sharing your information about privare education here. I do agree that points are not awarded for private education in any case. But this is true that points are awarded on the basis of final degree. I never been to any consultant. In my case i did my FA Privately and then BA Privately and my final degree is EMBA which is regular and by a recognized institute by HEC. AND I WAS AWARDED POINTS FOR MY 15 YEARS OF EDUCATION AND IF it DOES'T HAPPEN then i was out of the track, bec i had only 67 marks with calculating 15 years of full time education. I think now it is clear.

What about MBA (finance) from Alama Iqbal Open University, Islamabad , is this treated as private or regular. i am B.Com regular and then MBA from AIOU

I have submitted FSW application on May 2008 where I have written NOC 2283.
Now this NOC is removed from list after 27 Feb, 2008 changes.

Can I change my NOC to 213 as I become team lead now?

I am finding any way to avoid from rejection. I think I should submit application again and refund fee of last application because it is In Process yet?

thanks in advance

Yes they do, and in some cases you can even file a claim with in the specified time for a re-consideration.. for example, you were rejected (God Forbid) bcuz your experience was not verified or bcuz of your bank statement verification, there are certain grounds on which you can file for a re-consideration with the required proofs and justifications.

Dear Mr. FAP, please be comfortable, it is not unusual for CHC ISL to take time in processing cases and reviewing them, im sure your case will be somewhere in the pipeline (hopefully). The verification and reviewing of documents can result in delays in the current on going processes, you can email CHC Isl with your file/reference number in the subject asking about the reason of delay and other related queries and at the end of the whole process (after decision) you will surely get all your original and photo copied documents back.

Good Luck
