Rabnawaz bahi !

i am not an Expert on AEO issue but it seem that u r in strong position,i ma  not discouraging u on AEO,HRDC does give approval, but embassy give extra consideration to it,as u told me that u belong to Welding profession to its very hot profession in canada, and Alberta has plenty of jobs..

but just wait for other replies on it as i have very limited Knowledge on AEO

u can take the Example advice by PMM on main forum

For clarification, CIO sydney does not calculate points, they only evaluate experience. You can get away even with less points as long as your experience is on MI,

regards,

Ali

Dear Najeeb, Hot Lier and angel eye...
Please....No offense.....!
Bcoz you guys minded my comments in angel eye case.....As i said "private degrees are not considered in CIO"..
I did not mention it on just behalf of my knwoledge...I had qouted it with reference to a renowned consultant Lalani Associates (Karachi)... for example...one of my colleage has privately done his intermediate and bachelors in commerece.....and when he visited some consultants as well as lalani consultant they straight forwardly told him that he is not eligible for immigration due to his private studies becoz CIO calculate your regular studies only in which you attend regular classes....
Anyways...I will not discourage or demoralize angeleye ... but i would must say that he/she should visit renownd consultant...
And always remember...filing a case in CIO is like you gonna fire a bullete to target...once you fired it won't back... you can do everything once its in your end otherwise....
Regards you all....

Although I have not upto the stage but few of my friends have been through this process. They have prepared a demand draft in Canadian Dollars in there name and deposited the same after opening an account in Canada. I was talking to one friend yesterday who is also a member of this forum and he said that it took around one month to clear the funds. So its better to keep some cash at the the time of landing along with the demand draft.

Also, the funds declared at the time of landing are exempted from tax.

Well Dear ,definitely it is mistake but according to my personal point of view ,it is better to send another package of those documents which needs notarization  with explaining letter along with ur file number to get rid off confusion rather than to wait what happened? But i have not idea about this confusion it is only my suggestion thanks and wish u best of luck for rest of your process thanks and takecare

Dear all mates,
Again ambiguity, notarized copies of education docs or original, yesterday a mate has commented to send original, I am really getting confused, the conclusion what i obsereved from this forum is that CHC would accept Notarized copied of all education docs and no need to send original, Plz advise from any seniors.
Thanks!

Both will be ok. CHC-ISB accepts notarized as well as Original and no need to send the university sealed envelopes.
