Can anyone tell....what is fast track...and anyone of you out there has been blesses by CHC Islb with this fast track citeria and if yes,, in how many months did it take from first approval from CIC to CHC Visa stamp...Regards...

my wife did Bachelor regular then she did one year diploma in Information technology from Punjab Board of Technical Education, Lahore
then she did MA Economics from Punjab Univeristy.
how many points she can get? is it 25 points?

Welcome RNK, Fast Track is a Canadian Immigration programme launched last year for skilled workers belonging to 38 categories. http://www.cic.gc.ca/EnGLish/immigrate/skilled/apply-who-instructions.aspThere are many applicants from Pakistan who have got Visa under this category, and some are at various stages of immigration process. Our brother Amir has maintained a very good website at http://amerzd.netii.net/pc09/The main idea of having this programme is to get the process completed by 8-12 months. Most of us are within this timeline despite several setbacks and delays and hopefully, will all get to Canada by the end of 12-months deadline. I hope this answer your queries. |

Eid mubarak 2 everyone i got my Initial AOR(from NS) on 18th august'2009 sent full application to ISLAMABAD on 1st November'2009 i did not notirized my education docmuents, i did sent orignal nikkah nama, birth certificate, police certificate & bank statement.. r they going to accept my application without notirized copy?  else my time line will be goneee.. wat should i do... i was unaware tat time but when i saw several posts i m thinking tat it may cause me problem,,, senior plzz guide me thanx |

U will get 22 point without any doubt
Example: 1. If an applicant has a master's degree, but only 16 years of education, an officer would go
down to the category for which the applicant meets the total number of years and, using this example,
award 22 points; |

AoA!
ALL SENIORS.
I applied under FSW category in Sep 2008 (Fast Track). We went thru medicals at Karachi on 23rd November.
can anyone from seniors advise that:
1. When should we expect Passport request?
2. What documents, Proof of funds, etc are still required?
3. Normally, how much CIC Islamabad takes for requesting passports after medicals?
4. When should the e-cas status changes from in progress to ----- (after medicals)?
1. No idea (Expected in mid of january). 2. Bank statement with a transaction of 3-6 months report at the time of passport request. (liquid money End balanace should be equal to required funds in any case). 3. 21 days in the past but now it is delayed for all and expected in january with a new visa quota. 4. In my case it happend even after sending my passport to " Decission made" one day prior to passport reciept. |
