Hi Ra00,

Following is screen cut from EG7 for your reference. So you do not need to confuse anymore.

These documents are to be provided for each country other than Canada, in which you have lived for six consecutive months or longer since reaching the age of 18.

So one PCC for each country. I am surprised, why CHC has ask Domingo for another PCC for his wife if she is born in different city?

I GOT MEDICALS DONE ON APRIL 16, 2009 from Dr. Abdul Wakil

Yesterday on April 16, 2009 me and my wife got our medicals done from Dr. Wakil. Procideure was as follows:

1. Checked in and waited for our turn for a n hour. Time was 10:00 am but our turn came at 11:00.
2. Urine sample given to them before the physical check up.
3. Physical examination things - which included:

Questions regarding
- Medicines/treatment currently you are using.
- Medicines/treatments/operations during past 5 years.
- TB, HIV, Hepatitis or any illness which lasted for more than a week.
- Any habit like smoking, paan, chaalia, or naswaar, whatever.
- Any disease in family like Diabetes, TB, HIV, Hepatitis, Blood pressure, heart disease
- Do you live or have lived with someone with TB, whether neighbour, or family or office.
- Have ever visited any country, if yes , for how long.

Physical exam included, BP check, eyesight, heartbeats, pulse, weight, height, feet, fingers, hands, hands' fingers, ears, throat, checking lumps in inner thighs, and checking the groin area by asking to cough in full nak,,d position (for men only).

Dr. Wakil perform exam for men while a lady assistant does this for women.

Then we were given seealed envelopes and were asked to go to Karachi Diagnostic Lab for Chest x-ray and blood test. Only my wife was asked for another urine sample.

My wife had a surgery in her backbone which we told him and provided them reports. He kept copies of all relevant reports.

That was all.

Please dont hide anything from them especially any surgery etc. I did not hide anything from them and told everything truth. I suggest you to do the same, this is what Allah likes. No use of getting Canada Visa by making Allah unhappy.

Thanks and regards

NimiBoy if you are in Pakistan and dealing with CHC, Islamabad you dont need it in a sealed envelope for any transcript or degree....but If you are somewhere else then i am not sure abt it............

Dear Hot-Lier,

As per your above statement as long as someone applying through CHC Islamabad they do not required to submit original transcripts in sealed envelop whereas check list of Islamabad says:

EDUCATION/TRAINING/QUALIFICATIONS
For you and your spouse or common-law partner:
• Post-secondary education documents: vocational or technical certificates or
diplomas;
• College or university documents: certification of completion and the
graduation degree, diploma, or certificate issued by the college or university and
the evaluation committee;
• Transcripts: original transcripts of all degrees must be submitted in university sealed
envelopes.
• Professional qualifications certificates: notarized professional qualifications
certificates should be submitted if available. (e.g., Engineer, Computer
Programmer, Accountant, Economist, Translator/Interpreter, Architect etc.)

Same as written on London checklist, wondering what to do if CHC Islamabad accepts notarized photocopies of such documents without sealed envelop regardless written on checklist so would CHC London should accepts???

Pls advise

URGENT FOR ALL, ESPECIALLY IMRAN, HOT-LIER & DOMINGO

I hope we all will achieve our dreams of immigrating to Canada permanently. Have a look at the information about medical checks.

Dear NimmiBoy,

Every CHC has its pattern of accepting documents based on the local conditions/practices of a country. For example, the requirement of birth certificate may be over-looked if you don't have it in Pakistan but you provide Matric Certificate+passport copy+NIC. It may not hold valid if you are submitting documents in a different country CHC. (I have email from CHC confirming that they would ignore if Birth certificate is missing).
