Your timeline matches Fraz's who just yesterday got his PA letter. Your should also be coming soon though. I am fine and busy these days in my official assignments thats why I am not apperaing regulary on this forum. HOwever I know that U are the real hero of this forum by giving so much time and contributing towards almost every new post and helping people in details. I am waiting for provisional acceptance/medical request. I have sent complete docs to CHC-Islmabad in last week of july'09 and recieved AOR in 1st week of Oct'09. Since then no more response. Dear Mirza, You have to show liquid funds lying steadily at same level for 3-6 months, and you are right; it may take upto one year. BUT you have to manage it somehow... ....but right now i only have half of the required amount and even if i ask sm1 to lend me then i cant hold on to it for like an year or soo .. its really starting to bother me.

Well, they say "Full Time Education" and i suppose private education is full time!! I see kids doing O levels and A levels private these days, surely that counts as full time education so why shouldnt a Private BA count !! To all seniors contributor,

I applied under FSW categoty (Fast track) in Sep 2008 from CIC Islamabad. Receive PA on 24 Aug.
We went thru medicals on 24-11-2009 at Karachi.
What is the further process and timeline after medicals? I mean, when should we expect Passport request? What documents are to be submitted with Passports, etc?
Your valuable suggestions are awaited.

if you don't mind, can i ask what DMP said about your son? i remember you posted that you were a bit concerned about the medical for your son because he has down syndrome? please share your experience with the DMP. thanks. |

Canadian PR use to take 5/6 yrs but we were happy. Now it takes max 1 year but we can't wait and before filling application start asking, when will i get med/Passport request? Do your home work, check forum previous pages read CIC site and respect seniors

Hi, If your highest qualification is private, you will not get any point and chc will revert back to previous regular studies points. If your wife has done ba private and masters as a regular student, you will get 4 points for spouse education. I am assuming it is 16 years of education, @ Totbatot
buddy here i have seen that if one person have a degree recognized by HEC then its not a problem,
and does ur wife have total 16 years of education,if yes then she will get 4 points ,as i assume 4 points for my wife,She has Master's Degree from KU
