Its better to follow the instruction as posted on page 5 of this thread. It is the checklist that was mailed to me by CHC, Islamabad and it is the latest one and sent to me in 2009.
1. Not all of the roignal documents (See page 5 for detail)
2. Yes but no need to send orignal.
3. No need to send in university sealed envelope.
4. Yes and here you need orignals and with visiting cards of the employer.

salam.i am new here..i had applied for the canadian immigration this year and have already undergone my medical..recently when i checked my status on ecase it said 'in process' in the first line and 'withdrawn' in the second..i have not withdrawn.when i clicked on the links the first one just stated the date the processing of my application had started and the withdrawn status gave the detail that they had withdrawn my application, decision has been made and i will be notified of the decision and that my file has been closed..i have not withdrawn my application.i sent them an email 2 weeks back but still havent recieved a reply..any one knows anything about this or has goen through this?plz reply asap

Hi, All friends and specially Seniors, I need help from you ppls
I submit my application along with the complete documents to local CHC on 2nd October 2009 and the last date of submission of my application is 5th October 09. The issue is this taht i dont get any reciving from CHC.
and the second question is that i also submit some of my orignal documents with the application, when i will get my orignal documents back. or can they send me any reciving of the provided documents ?

And one more question,
When i submit my Application my Statement shows the required balances from last 6 months but after that i purchase a car of value 500,000/= now my balance is less then the required amount ? but i will arrange when ever they required the amount

My application reached CHC Islamabad on 12th October and ecas status changed to "Received by Visa Office" today. Application and supporting documentation pending review. The next stage is Provional Acceptance which I guess is going to take a few months at least. Brothers and sisters, please pray for the success of my application.
Manj, Amidala, amerzd, rigmarole, nimmiboy... no post from you guys from the last many many many days. Wherever you all are, please come back again. This thread is incomplete without your valuable thoughts and comments.

In my opinion they are short of staff, and like to tackle the cases phase wise
I have a little different Idea about it. I think bec Our local office is not having any medical centre like in India. Even our cases have to pass through India and it takes extra time and they dont want hold passports for longer period when Medical decission reaches after 3 weeks and further stamping takes another 3 weeks. In India and other offices Medical assesment and Stamping is taking place at the same office. So it is convinient to ask for both at the same time. |

Not the cases but Only medicals are forwarded to CHC, INDIA FOR ASSESMENT AS WE DONT HAVE THIS CENTRE or facility in Islamabad. Regional medical centre is In New Dehli. Source of this information is that 2 times i recieved correspondence regrading my medicals from New Dehli |

As i have allready sent my passport. So Up date is that my On line Status changed into Decission made from In process this eveining. Tashash you alos check your on line status. It reflects that we will recive passports this week.
