Hi ja77
I scored 66 points
education =20 age = 10 experience =21 ( 2 Year Network Engineer, 2.5 years adminstrative officer , jan2009 to date working as a accountant in ksa) IELTS=12 spouse =3 Total points =66
well they did not accpect my master degree here i loose 5 points, becasue my master is from american university which is not accredicted I claim 25 point for my master degree. one more question my educationl background is computer science and now I am working as accountant so now will CIC/CHC resfuse that your education did not match your current profession .
Hi ja77
I have applied for canadian immigration in 2005 and got resfused in jan 2009 if I choose CHC london will my new application will affect on my previous resfusal
i think this depends upon the reason for your previous applications's refusal. what was the reason? do you feel comfortable sharing the details here?
I do not understand why you need birth certificate ? your passport is the proof of your date of birth. I never submitted birth certificate.
@ M.R.S. Thanks for the reply. I was worried after reading the visa office specific instructions(ISD). Birth Certificate was in the list of reqd. Doc. Thanks for clearing my mind. May Allah make your life easy and free of worries.

CHC, Islamabad accepts SSC, NIC, Bay-Form and PP as an alternate to your birth certificate. Late birth entry or certificate (later than three month's of birth) are not accepted.
Dear Manj Thanks for your kind reply.

@ ali, your previous application was refused because you didn't have sufficient points. if you achieve sufficient points this time (say by improving your ielts results), you can apply with confidence. your previous refusal will not affect your new application. the mismatch between your educational background and experience is fine. no worries.

I completed the first year of my Bachelors degree in Pakistan and second and third/final year in the UK.
How are credit transfer cases dealt with by CHC? Do they get full credit for all their years of study? ANY opinions/comments would be much appreciated. What additional documents (other than transcripts) should be supplied?

Dear All,
My current occupation falls in NOC: 0631 but sadly i score 66 points at this point and to be a successful applicant, i need another year's experience. Is there any authentic news or update regarding the NOC being revised or changed in the upcoming year? i wish to apply by September 2010 Insha Allah and have heard rumors about the NOC being revised in Summer 2010, which might lead to occupations being added, removed or edited according to Canada'a skilled labor requirements.
Do comment on this..
Please and Thanks.
