i got CSQ in April. I applied for visa processing in may 2009. Since 2nd June my application is being processed but not any further correspondance. what is expected time to get medical request and for further processing? Any chemical engineer who is going to Quebec or have information about it? i appreciate your suggestions

I have just enrolled this forum and like to know does any one filed the papers in 2005? What is the update for 2005 cases?
Presently CHC is working on mid2004 cases so wait for a couple of months Thanks dear..... If u have any updates with that cases please let me know i am so obliged. |

I have two questions.
1. I am main Applicant and have two kids mention on my application.
Do i need to pay $550 to sydney or $550 for myself and $150,$150 seperate for kids too?
2. Family background form has to be filled by me and wife. Now when my wife is filling form on first line it is writeen "Applicant" She need to fill her name or my name there?

@ BakuSalman - 1.) You have to pay whole fee bro. 2.) When filling family background form, in your form your name will be in Applicant field and your spouse's name will be in spouse's field and in your spouse's form her name would come in Applicant field and your name in spouse's.

@ Waseem_khan - bhai please resend your application ASAP. Don't wait them to send it back to you. I made the same mistake and I am resending my application today.

Dear Mr. Manj.
I want to contact you to share our experience and more correctly to get guidance from you, as you are senior applicant.
I have got my initial approval on 27th August 2009. But planning to send complete application and documents in December, 2009 (as I did my IELTS in June 2008 and that too ACCADEMIC one though good score of 7.5 - but do not want to take risk and gona to appear in GT in Dec 2009)

A simple questions to all...
I have filled in my form using fillable pdf files, typing directly into files and then taking their prints.
I just wanna know if I could write "NOW" or "To Date" in the dates field of To: Y-M.. e.g. addresses and work experience where we are still living and working. Off course pdf will not allow us to write alphabets but numbers only so it only leaves us with the option of taking printouts with blank and then manually write "NOW" or "To Date" there.
Such as address lived From: 2000 - 01 To: Now (instead of 2009 - 11) or do you people suggest to write current month and year instead of "NOW" or "To Date" making it From: 2000 - 01 To: 2009 - 11.
Any comments?

I sent Initial application to NS Sydney on October 25th 2009 But forgot to fill out name in Urdu (native language) and "Other countries with residence status" page 2. The application has reached today to Sydney. I am afraid they will send the form back to me . My questions is, can I Re-send the application Tomorrow with out having Original DD ? The Original DD was sent with the earlier application on 25th October,2009 . Thanks
NO, you can't send an application without DD. If your application is incomplete they will return the ENTIRE application package along with your payment. So if you send an application package tomorrow without DD, it will also get returned. In your case what I can advise is that you send another application package with ANOTHER DD. your earlier DD will get returned with your earlier application and you can get a refund from the back or from the money changer for that DD. Hope it helps. |

I suggest wait for response from Nova Scotia. Might be it will be not be returned due to that mistake. |
