Dear Totbatot AOA,

Regarding IMM5406E-Additional Family Info:
1-when filling for yourself: write your name in Applicant column and that of your wife in spouse column and fill all other fields relating to you.

2-When filling for your wife,write her name in applicant column and that of your name in spouse column and fill all other fields relating to your wife.

Note: This is all I lerant from this forum. Pls try to leran things in a smart way. If you just put spouse name in search field you would easily come across your desired info.Morover if U have alreday submitted the application to CIO then whats the point for resubmitting the same to them.

Actually I made a mistake by leaving the field "Other countries with resident status" blank. this field is on page 2 of IMM0008Egen form. I learnt from this forum that people are getting their applications returned due to this. So I am resending my application, its worth spending courier money twice then to wait for 2 months to get your application returned back to you. I am also attaching a covering letter stating the reason of my resubmission of application.

I would urge all guys who are applying to double check in fact check their application several times before submitting it as CIO will return your application if their are any blanks. We need to write N/A instead of leaving it blank.

This is exactly what it means. And the excuse which they may find to refuse could be "duties not sufficiently matching the NOC", or some very minor issue.

So earlier submission, the better the prospects at this stage.

the line means that the NS has the authority to refuse to accept the new applications if their stipulated intakes come to an end.
It also means the new applicants should apply as soon as possible; otherwise they have to wait for the start of fresh intake process.
I transpire the lines this way. what do you comment?

Good to hear from you. Is there some one who is making a data base of different groups of applicants....? People with IT background can do this for analytical purposes. There must be some applicants who are from 2004....and I would like know their time lines. Thanks

2. Should i send Original education documents with the notarized photocopies ?

3. Should i send Original Work experience documents with the notarized photocopies ?

2. Should i send Original education documents with the notarized photocopies ?= Not necessary, but some people tend to send origionals. It is optional. But IELTS result must be sent in origionals.

3. Should i send Original Work experience documents with the notarized photocopies ?: Yes

Also if you read the guidelines it says...

Write the personal details for:
• yourself,
• your spouse or common-law partner, (if applicable)
• your mother and
• your father.

.. so emphasis is on "you" means the person who is filling the form, so in the case of spouse it will be he/she and his/her spouse and his/her parents.. instead of applicant's spouse/applicant's parents and all .. it's about YOU and you refers to the person who is filling the form out.

Am I right seniors??

Hi all, I need someone to help me out in here please.

 I sent initial application to NS Sydney and it has reached today to NS. But I realized I have missed filling out one OR two things in form. My question is, do i have to wait for them to return the application back? Or do i need to send my application quickly again tomorrow? But this time the original DD will not with form, because I have sent the DD already 10 days ago already. will it be Ok for them to accept the new form while the DD has gone already ?

        We are  trapped in the same offing.I applied in 2004 july and did not get any reply after file number.I applied from  CIC ISD.Now I am planning to apply again under Fast track in order to get any talisman as sempiternally its seems to be too long even if our case proceeds.so as an effocative i must say that u should also apply again in fast track as it normally takes much less time period as comapred to cases which are under the umbrella of prvious policy.

Hi Nokiaca, CHC ISD is now working on 2004 cases. It's better to wait rather to re-apply under new system. Hopefully your case will be finalised by the mid of next year.

In my forms i filled principal applicant's name in applicant name and spouse's name in spouse name in both forms, but the names of father and mother and brothers and sisters were different in respective forms. I also gave a heading in front of the additional family information "of the spouse". WAS THAT RIGHT. Please guide me seniors.

  I sent Initial application to NS Sydney on October 25th 2009 But forgot to fill out name in Urdu (native language) and "Other countries with residence status" page 2. The application has reached today to Sydney. I am afraid they will send the form back to me . My questions is, can I  Re-send the application Tomorrow with out having Original DD ?
