Good to hear from you. Is there some one who is making a data base of different groups of applicants....? People with IT background can do this for analytical purposes. There must be some applicants who are from 2004....and I would like know their time lines. Thanks

Can I ask a couple of more questions please.

Actually I sent my application on 17th Oct 2009 which was received to NS on 22nd but after visiting some of the threads on this forum I realised that I left a column blank so I am resending my application and making sure that this time I make no mistake.

I was wondering if I have to sign my picture on the back and write DOB and then paste it on the application form with the glue also my wife would have to do the same right?

In Additional Family Information Form (IMM5406E) both applicant and spouse have to complete their own forms, so for my form I will write my name in Applicant and my spouse's name in Spouse column while I will complete rest with my family details (my parents & sibling details). What would it be when my wife is going to fill in this form? Would her name be in the applicant column with my name being in spouse's column and then rest will go with her parents & siblings details or what? I am a bit confused here. However I have filled in both forms and in my wife's form her name is in Applicant's column and my name is in spouse's. Any comments on this please?

Thanks in advance bro.

The place reserved for the photographs will be used at the later stage, when you will send your complete application to CHC.
Do write the names in urdu in the same column where the names are written in English.

Thanks for your replier ha2922. I sent my last application that was received in NS on 17th Oct and I mentioned my CC details in the fee payment form and this time I am doing the same. Credit card is a cheaper way than DD and hassle free but yes only if they accept CC from Pakistan, I hope to see other guys from Pakistan paying their fee through CC.

I really appreciate your quick responses but my 2nd question remains the same. I copy and paste that again.

I would appreciate comments from all specially seniors on this..

Dear Totbatot, applicant means the principal applicant so in Additional Family Information Form (IMM5406E) of the spouse you will write your name in applicant and wife's name in spouse space. the difference is in the father's and mother's name and also the brothers and sisters will be different. thats how i filled my forms, seniors and babajees please comment.

Within the same forum I read that when spouse if going to fill in his/her additional family info form, they will write their own name in Applicant field even though they are NOT applicant rather dependent and at the same time I read it the way you fille in your form and sent amh.. so it's really confusing. May be any senior who has got the visa or in later stages of whole process comment on this better and guide us. This is very common confusion and I have googled it a lot in recent past with people giving varying suggestions for the same.

Thanks bud..

Also if you read the guidelines it says...

Write the personal details for:
• yourself,
• your spouse or common-law partner, (if applicable)
• your mother and
• your father.

.. so emphasis is on "you" means the person who is filling the form, so in the case of spouse it will be he/she and his/her spouse and his/her parents.. instead of applicant's spouse/applicant's parents and all .. it's about YOU and you refers to the person who is filling the form out.

Am I right seniors??

Please comment.

Thanks

Dear Domingo,

You missed to highlight a very important sentence in the first para of the said report. I am re-doing it below in the box.

    * The Department now has the legislative authority to limit the intake of new applications should the risk of new backlogs emerge.

Canadian Government is working hard on reducing backlog.
This was decided in 2010 Immigration Plan

Dear Manj
the line means that the NS has the authority to refuse to accept the new applications if their stipulated intakes come to an end.
It also means the new applicants should apply as soon as possible; otherwise they have to wait for the start of fresh intake process.
I transpire the lines this way. what do you comment?

Hii sasbuk!
We are  trapped in the same offing.I applied in 2004 july and did not get any reply after file number.I applied from  CIC ISD.Now I am planning to apply again under Fast track in order to get any talisman as sempiternally its seems to be too long even if our case proceeds.so as an effocative i must say that u should also apply again in fast track as it normally takes much less time period as comapred to cases which are under the umbrella of prvious policy.
