i want to submit my documents to Islamabd. I have one queery can any body help me in this regard?
Shall i need to use new visa forms or can i use the old one which i already submitted to Canada.
I have copies of all documents. can i submit all copies of form?

Dear Hot lier,
regardig yur decleration you must ask the CHC whether your family will go under the same process as you did or you will sponsor them, and kindly let me know you have submitted the fee for the depandants and wife alongwith yur fee. please let us know that can a single person apply first and rest of the family members afterwards.
Non-accompanying dependents who are examined will be sponsored through Federal Family Class Sponsorship after landing. For this sponsor need to prove that he/she is working in Canada without showing any income level. If dependents are non-accompanying, then you do not need to pay for them. If dependent want to go with you to Canada then you have the option to pay for you first and after approval pay for rest of the family. |

You need to send forms with ORIGINAL signature. Go to www.cic.gc.ca and download a new application kit |

Dear Mian Sahib, You need to submit fresh original forms and not the copy of old ones. As such, you will have to download the latest forms from the website to submit to CHC now. It also gives you an opportunity to correct any error if you made in your earlier submission to NS. Hi fellows

CHC, Islamabad have just send me a letter that is actually a Declaration to be signed by my spouse and witnessed and attested by notary public. As i am leaving alone and my family is not accompanying me at this stage. It is a declarion from my spouse that she dont have any objection and completely satisfy with the arrangements made for the care and maintainance of her and our children. and further will follow the procedure to migrate to canada , after my landing.
@ Hot-Lier, hope you are lucky enogh to get this difficult job done )) * just kidding )) Best of luck! hope there is one VISA for you beyond the quota stories !!! |

Go to www.cic.gc.ca and download application kit and guide for Federal Skilled Worker You will send you application forms, fees and a copy of the passport to their office in Sydney, NS also called CIO. You will not send your IELTS or police certificate to them. After getting approval from them you will send your completed documents to CHC Islamabad according to the list given in application guide line. |

i recieved error in finding sattuts but thank u for giving me right guidience as few ppl too...there was problem in pttuing wron sur name...actually i m not the main applicant and my husband filled all documents so thats why i did mistake...anyway yesterday i checked my status which shows in process....so i didnt expect this week....
but today morning i recieved through tcs 4 of my passports back without stamp....having my n my kids passporst....and a letter which says that we forgot to signed in and thumb sign of kids in passports...as our passports r fresh n as we recieved from passport office(karach) we sent them in next day so we forgot to signatures....im afraid now...they hold my husband passport as he got three more visas before so his pasport is signed....but throughout situation i have some relaxation by the words written in letter that they want our passports back after signature for visa issuance......is that mean that our visa is confirmed....or still any doubt of rejection....

as u mentioned that the life is very busy and tipical for us ...this is true as we also know even we r here and not to be experience of there but we who accepts the challenges and find our children future abroad we must do and will live happily with our deciesions.....few of ppl here said to me that the life in pakistan is so "aaish ki zindagai haiy yehan par"....they dosent mean life in actuall they supposed life as a play...so its wrong to be lived in aaish life....just wake up and explore the world with ur families...which can only be possilbe to live outside in countries like uk,canada and america....

@ tashash...........Feeling sorry for little mistake which caused delay in stamping. Offcource it is not a serious matter and InshaAllha you will recieve your passports next week with visas. You and me should Sadka (Kala Bakra) after stamping ))) bec there are allways little hurdels which cause unnecessary delays in processing. But InshaAllha there is a time for everything set by God and all will be in our favor. Dont think about rejections at this stage but pray and Thanks to Allha for everything.
