@ M.R.S
Thanks for your time and such detail information about canada. I just have one question that as you landed alone and your family will accopmapny you at later stage. Did you presented funds for whole family members or for yourself only at airport immigration ?
@ Tashash..................Deffinatelly something wrong you are doing with E-case status...In my case as (For example) my name is umaiz Ahmad. I was filling umaiz in name and it was not working but as i start filling only ahmad (Last name) it is working from the day. So far i have't heard anything from CHC, Islamabad but at the moment I am waiting anxiously for your passport return bec it will also set my expectation and timeline. Please update when you have any news. InshaAllha Good news for all of us.

@ M.R.S Thanks a lot for such detailed post. I am happy to see that you have a good experience so far. Your advice about the funds for first few months is very good. Will it be possible for you to suggest an amount for monthly expenditure for a family of six (Moderate life-style).
@ Imran Thanks for the advice Bhai. I spoke to your father and he gave me your number which I tried, but it is always going to Voicemail. Kindly let me know the best time to talk to you, and I will give you a call.

Dear all,
No wonder what our brothers Imran and M.R.S. write is true and nothing but truth. Immigration is "Hijrat". You are leaving everything behind for a new homeland seeking new opportunities. It is not like going to Gulf state to earn and build strength for your family/parents back home. Once you move out to Canada....you are out, irrespective of the loss or gain you may make. Life is "different". It is more regularized and more mechanical. You like or not but you will have to work odd hours, odd jobs, odd places till finally you feel "satisfied" that you have settled. This type of transition is good for those people who are ready to give up everything here in Pakistan, and are ready for their children to be groomed in "American way". In fact, its their children who grow up there feel "rightly placed" in that society whereas you start feeling as a misfit when they grow older. You work, you earn. You earn, you pay taxes (at enormous rates). The income remains "average" for most of the people, which by their standards is kind of low, and you keep paying mortgages for years to come. Its your children who would reap your harvest, NOT you.
Objective of my "sermon" is not to disturb any one but reiterate Imran's statement that you should be well prepared before you "migrate". Be ready for the changes in life and face it boldly.
Wish everyone success in his/her dreams.
Sincerely,
Manj

Please read the Guide for FSW, which is available at Www.cic.gc.ca You will find all the answers to your questions. First you will have to send the initial application to CIO, NS IELTs and Police certificate and photos are not required at the initial stage. Please do not forget to enclose the processing fee. At the same time prepare for IELTS.

Dear I just found out that Fee can also be paid via Credit Card, go to the Fee Payment options and see the Form IMM5620 . I am not sure but I guess that paying through Credit Card must be cheap and convenient. Any comments? Thank you Bhai Hot-Lier, now I am Through,
*Going for Demand Draft to make.
*Can any body suggest the best way to make cheapest Demand Draft, if someone does not have FC account. Dear Shanbaba, Congratulations on passing your exam.
