CHC has some stock of visas yet because they sent PPR of my brother-in-law and family advising to send Passports within FIVE days otherwise file will be closed.
So this is good news for applicants who think visa quota is exhausted

My brother-in-law received passport back with visa today.

Wow!!!!

 @ S.K. Congrats to your brother-in-law

 @ ALL
The last PPR issued to my knowledge was Hotliers. He had his initial medical on the 20th of July, 2009. I have used trackitt.com to find that all those Islamabad applicants who have done medicals before him have got PP stamped. Here are others in the pipeline:

ali24jan    15-Oct-09
FSWxpert    17-Sep-09
dotcorner    10-Sep-09
amerzd    3-Sep-09
zmunawar    1-Sep-09
PUMA1    28-Aug-09
honeyborn    5th and 7th August 2009

The dates are when they have the medicals. Now with this information in hand, we can assume that CHC-ISB has not started sending PPR emails for August Medicals.

Seniors, please share your thoughts.

I am under the impression that S.K. brother in law has applied under a different category. Also tashash has July medicals as per my knowledge.

I think if we read the following link (sent by dear Domingo) with concentration, the delays are well understood:

http://65.17.202.21/permres-gii-disguise.asp

According to the narration in the document, the things should start moving in first quarter of next year.

So, Hot-lier's general analysis is pretty much accurate. It could be true that a few of us might have been delayed due to security checks, but could it be that they are after younger blood? Smiley)))  Lets not start asking each others' ages please Smiley)...I commented just for the fun sake...Lolz.

Best wishes.

@   All........................ As we started this thread a time ago and many of us even have recieved PA, Medicals, PPR OR PR visa'S and some gone to canada. But now i have noticed the time division from Jan, 2009-July 2009. During this period I physically examined the developemnt in processing and saw people updating news on daily basis (From chc, Islamabad). I am just curious or concerned about the quiteness after August, 2009.

In my opinion the most delayed cases are Manj bhai and Rigmorale and I PERSONALLY believe that they both were late due to security purpose and now are the part of this overall delay and strongly believe that they are approved. They just got delayed for security and now become the part of this delay. I know few people out of this forum which applied and have not recieved even PA after 100 Days. There is nothing wrong with their case because there points are more strong then even mine.

Now I have start thinking about the Quota system and might be this quota system will bring good news in January 2010. But a great allert to the the people who have not still applied bec if this is the rush and delay in fast track due to quota system and they have to finalize the cases in 8-12 months then deffinatelly need to improve the point system or reduce to keep few professions on magic list. This is the only case they can handle this fast track and Old cases smoothly, Otherwise it will be mess in 2010.

Comments and anaylasis please?

Dear All  @  sk  @  Hotlier  @  Manj  @  Domingo

Snail pace of CHC-Islamabad for the last quarter of 2009:
Members are discussing regarding the almost dead pace of processing ( PA,Medical call,RPP,PR visa) by CHC-Islamabad.
The anaytics and links provided by Manj,Hotlier,Domingo, etc are quite relevent and appealing.
1-If we look at the timelines of this thread and of Trackit( for Pakistan), it is very much clear that people
who applied in Jan-Mar'09 ( just after the launch of Fast track) got their visa upto Sep'09 e.g M.R.S
2- People who submitted complete case upto May'09' got PA/medical call in June-Sep'09 and subsequently RPP. e.g Honeyborn,Hotlier,Pk09,Hum,etc ( I really pray for Manj & Domingo)
3- The google results for Canadian Immigration levels/quotas revelas that on 1st Nov. of each year
Immigration minister put immigration program level to parliament for approval for coming calendar year.
Officially there is no quota/level for any  foreign CHC but practically they do set up a quota for each country and follow it strictly.
Thats why there is brisk processing during 1st half of a calendar year but almost no/very slow activity for 3rd quarter.
Keeping in view of above scenario we may see progress from the beginning of 2010.HOwever we should keep our morale high and keep
praying for each other.

PS: Dear SK you could help us in this regard. pls give your comments and specially discuss the issue
with your resourceful/experienced friend. Others are also requested to focus on gaining following info which could help us
in planning our objectives/moves:
1- Total no of applications pending under Fast trcak in CHC-islamabad
2-The estimated quota of Pakistan for 2009
3- The likely quota of pakistan for 2010
4- any other relevent factor

Aoa, every body, please guide me about the economic class schedule 3 form, question no 6, about English test, as the candidate has the plan to appear in IELTS after sending the application to CIO, should "NO" be ticked and if, in that case would'nt he lose his score for English....? in the initial application assesment. Please guide as this is the only question I am left with.
