I sent my application in FSW category NOC 4131 to Nova Scotia on October 11, 2009. Later I learnt that they had included a new payment form IMM 5620 to the application. As I haven't sent this form with the application (though I did send applicable fee), what should I do now?

hello everyone,
firstly sorry for being inactive at the forum lately. Actually been out of city and just got back. I finally recieved some reply from chc after sending my complete application in june09. They have given me 45 days to submit : - My ACCA degree - i dont know why they have asked me that, as i sent them the notarized copy earlier. - NICs'/b-form and nikah nama of my parents.
any ideas whats this all about, can i send them notarized translated copies of the same again?? also i would appreciate if anyone of you could email me translated formats of the same i.e. nikahnama and national identity cards on jawdat_hasan @ yahoo.com seniors PLEASE HELP ME OUT... Regards, jawdat

the translation work is better done by the translators at the Kutchery offices of lawyers. They usually take Rs 150 for translating Nikkah Nama and Rs 10 for each stamp of notary public. The guys at the Kutchery have ready-made samples of nikkah nama/ID..and it takes hardly 20 minutes to get the whole work done.
I think... better is to check them first on Monday, instead of resorting to self-made translation.

You cant make translations by yourself (Even if you are a professional translator) and only professional translators (Third party) are authorised to finish this job and further to notarize these translations. I dont know who told you at this forum ?

@ ALL who are waiting for response from CHC (AOR,PA,Medical,PPR or VISA) are requested to recite Surah Yaseen.
Secondly, my humble request to Babaji Sarkars Immigration Walay (Hotlier & Manj) for their continued guidance and participation in the forum. We all love you BABJI's.

ASA, I am accepted in a PhD program in Canada. I have to start visa processing now. I was checking the Gerry's websites ( http://www.visadropbox.com/canadafees.asp). Can anyone please confirm that the supporting documents listed at the bottom of the Gerry's website is all what I need to submit? Do I have to go to my local thana for the police report? Also, I am currently employed in Saudi Arabia. I will quit my job and apply at the CHC Islamabad after returning back. In that case, would it be OK if I write "Unemployed" in the present employer name section in the Study Visa form available at the CHC website? I was thinking if the embassy would take it negatively? Though, I have secured funding (around $25000/year) from the university. Also, I have sufficient money in my bank account to show to the embassy. What do I need to submit as proof of employment listed in the supporting document in that case? How long does it typically take to get the visa from the date of application in Islamabad? Thanks in advance for the feedback.
