Hello,
I need help from serniors.
I applied in March 2008.
Got AOR in April 2008.
In April 2009, i received a letter to submit my full application with in 120 days under new fast track process.
I Submitted my documents on 18th July, 2009.
Since then there has been no response from the CHC IBD.

What i need to ask is shouldn't i receive another AOR after submitting full application.
And what i understand by what i read in this forum is that i will get a new file number. (My AOR letter in Apil, 2008 had an immigration file number.)
Is this true that i should have received another AOR and File Number within 3-4 weeks of submission of full application?
Have there been such cases in the past?
Should it write to the CHC IBD about it?

I need some urgent information about Canadian Immigration.

I have submitted my imigration documents on Spetember 12th 09 (TCS Confirmation of deleviry) under skilled DOCTORS General Physicians Catagory. Today is October 18th - 09 and i still have not received any responce of Acknowledgement from Canada. Here are few  of my questions.

1) How long is it taking to receive any Acknowledgement ?

2) Under Doctors General Physicians how much ILETS score do i need? Is that score accounted as individually of each section or the score is counted as average of all 4 section?

3) My Wife is USA Citizen and is on my application as NON-Accompning person. Will it have any issue while at Interviewing in Islamabad? that why u r going to Canada and your wife is in USA?

4) How long does it normally takes at Canadian airport in Immigration and what kind of question do they ask there once every thing is completed and i fly there from pakistan.

5) How much points do Doctors get for their education? when they have Pakistani MBBS degree?

6) How much money should i carry with me when traveling to Canada first time?

I am preparing documents to sent full application to Islamabad Visa Offfice. I am from Karachi and my NOC is 0213. I will need some help.

Can you also guide me how to get the Police Clearance Certificate from Karachi ? Whats the procedure and is there any fee applicable to get it ? How much time does it take to get it?

Do we need to send the reference letter from each emplyer or the experience letter is enough ?

Do i need to sent the orginal education documents or attested photocopies will be enough?

How can i notarize the documents? Only the notray public or is it the same that i can get it attested from any above 17 grade government official ?

What is the meaning of notarizd employment contact? Do i need to attest the orignal and photocopy of emplyment contract?

I sent my full docs on 30 june 2009 but since than I have not recieved any AOR. Do CHC not send AOR to full docs application?

Although I am not an expert on the immigration to Canada and new to this forum also. But I will try to answer your questions to the best of my knowledge.
1. For the checklist for visa office ISD you must download the " Visa office specific Instructions from the cic website. the link is given there.  I will send it to your email as attachment.
I am also waiting for my AOR from CIO Nova Scotia.
2. About the Police Certificate the procedure is mentioned on this forum's previous pages. You can get it from the DPO office.
3. If you read the previous pages of this forum you will get the answers to most of your questions given by the senior members of the forum.
4. You can get the copies attested by Notory public near civic centre. there are too many sitting there.

5. notarizd employment contact
As far as I understand it is the contract with your employer on the stamp paper.

1. you can download the CHC Check-list from the CIC website...the title is stage 4.
2.  You can get the police certificate from the SSP office.  You need to fill a form regarding your personal details and the procedure is simple.
3.  The experience letters of all the employers are needed to whom you have referred in your first application to the NS.
4.  All the original transcripts and degree are needed to send to the CHC.  Besides the copies should be stamped with notary public.
5.  You can get notarised the documents from the Kutchery ....may be Rs 10 per stamp...
6.  The employment or experience letter from the employers with his/her complete address and cell number will be sufficient.

it's okay if you haven't received a new AOR. even if you get the new file number, you will get the same e-cas status with both the file numbers. since you have already received a letter of PA and your e-cas status is "in process", the next step would be interview or directly medical request (if the interview is waived). hope this helps.

I need some clarification regarding degree attestaion/verification; i got my degree verified from HEC along with a copy bearing HEC verified stamp, can anyone tell what education docs will be sent to CHC, the original one or copy with original HEC stamp.

I read on one forum that CHC require these docs in university original sealed envalop; is this right, can any one give more insight on this.
