yes ,i was govt.officer from 2002 to  may2007

I got my PA letter after the submission of full docs, within two months.. it had a strange entry to expect the medicals in the next FEW MONTHS, for all others  it was FEW WEEKS. I thought its a typo but now its clear they meant it. Ever since then, I am wandering on different forums in search of an answer, i emailed them and they just asked me to wait patienately.... now i am trying to buy some patience but i cant find the right shop...

I submitted my full application to CHC Isb, on 8th Sept. and havent received an AOR either.
my e-cas status shows 'Received at Visa Office', so you seem to be one step ahead as yours shows 'In Process', despite the fact that my application was sent earlier than yours.
and, I dont think the PTCL's addition of '3' matters.

Hello Seniors,

I submitted my full application with the help on this forum more than 3 weeks back and have not received an AOR yet. Is that fine? I'm starting to get a bit edgy now.. I changed my address too in the full application (earlier an agent was handling my case who I fired and now handling myself) but at status check at CIC site, I don't see that change reflected either. The application shows as 'In Process'

Also, the phone numbers in Karachi recently had 3 added in front (so if a number was 5464512, it is now 35464512). This affects my own number as well other numbers such as my office contact. Should I send an update to them about this? When you call the old number the recording does tell you that add 3 with your number now.

Thanks for all the help.

Please guide my about the police certificate.
I have been living in Sweden for 17 Months. I know the CIC will ask for the police certificate for this duration. Can I apply for it earlier? It may take some time.
Presently I am living in karachi.
If my police certificate from Swedish Police is more than 3 months old, Will it be acceptable ?
Has anyone on this forum already applied for police certificate from Sweden?
Thanks
Ahmad

what type of verification they have done with your current employer.

Instead of calling my head office (USA) CHC ISB called my local office ISB), It was just a 3-4 minute phone call. In day shift we have only development team, my development manager recieved the call.they asked about my designation,my job responsibilties. he provided basic info and asked them to contact my head office for further details but they never contact them.

CHC has some stock of visas yet because they sent PPR of my brother-in-law and family advising to send Passports within FIVE days otherwise file will be closed.
So this is good news for applicants who think visa quota is exhausted

WoW! thats a good news. When did your brother-in-law received email. Lets keep our fingers crossed.

I spoke to Lalani's today, and they are not aware of any quota exhaustion. As per them the queue is still open and hopefully the cases will be processed within stipulated time.

Aaja PPR Aaja!
