@ Bhai Domingo,
Any observation: Is the average per day flow of TCS mail usual (for applicants) or is there any reduction?
Anjum Bhai, No idea whats going on at CHC-ISB. I will wait till the end of this week and if there is no news than I will contact CHC through this link https://dmp-portal.cic.gc.ca/cicemail/intro-eng.aspx?mission=islamabadIts hard to believe that quota for 2009 has already exhausted during the first nine months. Please keep in mind that stamping of Visas under the Fast Track Option did not start until June or July. Also the validity of Visa starts from the date of Medical Exams. Many of our friends have their medical done in July/August and if they have to wait till January for Visa Stamping than the time left for landing will be very short around 4-5 months. Lets see, how things progress this week. Inshallah we all will have some positive news by the end of this week. i myself dont believ the quota system hwoever there seems no other logical explanation for the delay. probably the queue has gone longer. i have already emailed chc few days earlier and will sahre the update as and when i receive any resposne fro mthem.

hi friends..
i have completed my Electronics Engineering in April 2009,
can i apply under the catagory of Electrician...
in my Engg we have studies electrician subjects...
i have 2nd shift work experience of Electrician during my studies..
what u say.. ??
2ndly when we sent the application to sydney
did we have to attach our IELTS and Medical certificate along with it..
2ndly in Pakistan which institution is Recognized in French Language course
which is fully approved by Canadian Govt.
Electronics Engineer and Electrician are two different professions in my opinion. You can always try your luck. Applications to Sydney dont need to have IELTS but it is always recommended to have IELTS before sending application.

If you have experience as Electrician, and you can prove it, than you have a strong case.

Hello, everyone, I am here after a long time. Where are Manj, rao, Hotlier, ahmezd etc? all gone to Canada? or still sitting and watching towards CHC? Anyway Best of luck for all. I have an inquiry plz seniors reply me. I did F.A. and B.A. private then I did B.B.A. and M.B.A. from a university. I have come to know that I can't apply for immigration bcz immigration department doesn't consider the applicant who did any degree privately. Is it true? Please reply me.

Slaam to All Jiya here, I am living here in Canada more than 5 years i want to sponser my sister's son. He is going to colloge and doing something in computer scienes.(he is almost 19 years old) I have zero of knowledge that how can I sponser him here. what is the best way? should i send him to Islamabad office for application? and which kind of application coz study visa is way expanssive. or can i sponser his mom like my elder sister? is there any chances that i can sponser her because i am pregnant and don't have any one from my family here (this is my 1st baby) please guide me to do this thing any thing that is helpful I will really appriciate it.thanks. silverjiya @ gmail.com if you want to sponsor your nephew for student visa you need to show liquid funds on your name and your employment documents plus an affidavit that you will support and pay for your relative while studying in Canada. You can also send a letter of invitation for your sister to apply for a visit visa. But chances of getting a visitor visa are very slim. If you live in Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, or Prince Edward you can sponsor your sister for permanent residency through their provincial nominee programs. what is liquid funds ?can you explain more please?

Hi,
Today was the first day in canada, i went to service canada centre and told the lady at the counter that i have landed yesterday and want to get my SIN Card. She asked for passport and landing paper, entered the information in computer and then asked me to wait. After around 5 minutes my name was called and i was asked to proceed to desk no 9 there the guy asked some questions about name of my parents and members in family etc then he printed a letter and gave it to me . The letter had my Social insurance Number and the actual card will be delivered at my place in 10 days , thats it i was out in 15 minutes.
Then i went to TD Canada Trust , to open the bank account . This is the only bank in canada which is offering one year waiver of monthly charges for newly landed immigrants. Yes guys in canada you need to pay monthly fee to the bank to maintain an account and you have limited access to the account as you can make limited transacions in one month depending on what kind of account you open. So the TD Canada Trust offer one year free account and the indian lady was very freindly she proccessed my account in 20 minutes. I was just sitting as she completed my form , deposited my money and prepared the Debit card and handed over to me, she also gave lots of advices of how to build credit history in canda so that we can have credit card etc.
Thats all for today
