hi guys i was waiting for ppr 2 email for the last seven weeks and sent e.mail to london visa to enquire about my case status five days ago and today i got e.mail instead of getting ppr 2 they said that they have sent me letter on 23.08.2012 whch i have not still received . Can anybody tell what it can be why did not they send me ppr 2 by e.mail or they have started sending ppr 2 via post .

I received PPR-2 on 10 the Sep. 12. After going through it what I understand they can send PPR-2 through normal post too. It may be they have sent you through normal post.

Oh, my God. I am proving I am a newbie. Really sorry, Newborn's medical already done as they sent me the medical in July in response to my e-mail.

You can go ahead of ur medicals. Make sure to place Pelvic Shields while going for X-rays of ur spouse. X-rays in the 3rd trimester are relatively harmless but should be done with Pelvic shields. Rest of the process is same. Make an appointment with any of the official medical centers. I got one from IOM Karachi, and my experience was good (don't forget to take exact cash needed as they don't have change).

By the time u have the newborn Insha Allah, u will already be in the queue of PPR-1, so urgently go through B-form and then Birth certificate and of course Passport. It will take around 2-3 weeks so before doing all this, sent them an e-mail informing them about the change in family structure. They will ask you to send all these docs so u will save some time.

Yes.. good advice.
I was 7 months pregnant when we got medical.. asked my doctor and read up online.. and it was considered safe by both sources. I used the abdominal shield and everything went ahead.. as soon as the baby was born we got her passport ready and everything took about 40 days to do.. also emailed CHC one week after baby so they sent us newborn update requirements via email .. we did save time.. we received baby's MR six weeks after sending her documents.. Good luck for your case.. !

Hye everyone
I have a problem, I have been told by LVO in the start of Aug that they sent me the medical forms on my address in Karachi, in May Which I never received. I requested LVO to resend me the the medical forms and I have been told that they resent me the forms on 13th of Aug via normal mail (I requested them to send via courier or registered mail but LVO replied that as the package does not contain any original documents, they will send via normal mail). The forms are not delivered yet. I went to the local post office as well, and they said they didnt get anything. Last week the postman delivered an other mail of mine, but the mail from LVO is lost again. I sent CSE to LVO last week, but no response yet. What is going on? Can anybody guide me what should I do as i am getting worried now.

hello. i need support on query regarding police clearnce.
i have applied for work permit and embassy asked me for police clearnce from pakistan which i just recieved in dubai however its format is so pathatic that it mentions about time period and also mentions about specific city.

now i have lived in different cities in pakistan and this police clearnce says that i donot have any critiminal record in this city from this period to this period. need advise as i thought police clearnce would be generalize format without mentioning cities.
what shoudl i do now. should i get one police certificate from city where i stayed in the end mention whole time period from my 18th birthday. at the same time i am telling emabssy about my different addresses in other forms.
i am really stuck here with such confusing format from pakistan police .
can anyone please help what to do next.

this is to certify that there is nothing criminal against Mr X resident of Y (last address in pakistan) passport # X and national ID Y
on the police record during his stay in Islamabad (last city in pakistan). The Period from Jan 2010 to Jun 2011 (this is the time i stayed on this address)

As per my knowledge, one has to submit Police clearance certificates for all the cities in which he/she has resided for 6 or more months after 18th birthday. For people who had been living in a number of cities after 18th birthday, this could be a time consuming process, particularly if u have to apply police clearance for Dubai too.
Police clearance certificates are not only for cities but if u r changing even a neighborhood that has a different police station, u have to get separate certificates for each of them provided u lived there for 6 or more months. Hope it helps.... Its a bit difficult but important step
