first thanks a lot for inspiring me...and second congrats hot lier for receiving PR....and congrats afaraz n pk79 for recieving AOR....all u will go smoothly in next rounds....inshallah...
my timelines are....
application sent.....15april 2008
document sent.......26 of may2009
provicnally accept...17june2009
medical sent...........10august2009
recieved PR............29september2009
we sent our passports ...and waiting for visa issuance....now i have a question in my mind that now is it confirmed that we will got visa?....or there can be any confusion more....
plz answer because i know some ppl how is being rejected after PR...
I am also in the same boat and InshaAllha will send my passport next week. The only thing that i could confirm, God is very Kind  ) For rest we should be positive and nothing is sure in this world. |

One of my friend recieved an email reply yesterday (Saturday). I asume that CHC, Islamabad is closed ON saturday but surely it was sent to him on saturday.........Nice to know that some crazy guy is working hard in CHC, ISLAMABAD.

New on this Forum. Planning to apply for FSW 1 for occupation 0213. I have browsed the forum and found very useful information. Just wanted to know the tentative timelines for the whole process,keeping in view that all the documentation is provided neatly. Just another small question what is meaning of AOR?

My name Is Sajeel. I would like to discuss my case with all of you, If you favor me kindly do reply me in detail.
I filed my case under skilled migrant category on May 2nd, 2008 in Islamabad Canadian embassy. I am also the victim of 38 NOC list. Professionally I am B. Pharm and working for a Pharmaceutical Company as a Product/Brand Manager (Marketing) that Is not In the 38 NOC list. I also haven't received any communication from Canadian embassy from last one year. The last letter I received was just a notification that they have received my application and at that time my e-tracking status on the website was “in processing”. But recently my e-tracking status has been changed to "Application received". what does that means...may be my application has been transferred to Nova Scotia? or what else.
I need to do something before they refuse me.
There are some additions in my case. I.e. I got married. Now I would like to listen from you that what I should do.... I have few things in my mind...
1. Should I Inform Canadian embassy about my marital status update. If yes then to whom should I
Send all those references along with spouse application fee. I mean to Nova Scotia or Islamabad embassy.
2. How I can change my marketing experience into pharmacy related experience. You have seen that in 38 NOC list only those pharmacists are required who have Hospital or retail pharmacy related experience. i.e. (Chief of pharmacy/director of pharmacy)
I this regard I have one thing in my mind that I can change my experience to hospital or retail pharmacy by arranging a verifiable proof through a pharmacy employer,...but I can do this only for last one year (I mean from October 2008 to October 2009) because I have already show to them my 4 years experience of product management at the time of filling the case.

If you have minimum one year experience in an occupation in 38 list, then you need to re-apply with a fresh application. Your present application will be rejected. You cannot change/update your this application. |

If your profession is not in 38 list than you have to wait a response from CHC

Online service for fee payments from Pakistan is not available. However, there is a new form "IMM5620E" though wich you mandate CIO to change your fee from your credit card. |

my mom is awaiting a major surgery on Tuesday for which I will be leaving for Lahore inshallah
Dear toastymalik, There is no replacement for parents and definitely nothing in the world like parents. May ALLAH give your mother a very long healthy life, Ameen. I pray for your mother's health and your peace of mind. Insha'Allah everything will be alright. Sincere regards. Thanks Ja77 for your prayers and wishes...Alhamdullilah my mom is recovering well mashallah after giving us a lot of scares as a few complications occured post surgery...but all is well now..she is mobile now and the stiches will be removed day after inshallah...hope your mother is rocovering well mashallah,....thanks once again for the kind wishes...regards |
