There was one CEM here, after PPR he was not issued visa due to POF. So guys make sure that your POF should not be depleted until u receive ur visas.
Seniors, I have got above post from this forum and re post it (with proof reading) for your comments.
What/Who is CEM??

This Eid day comes with a surprisingly joy as i got my PPR1 this afternoon without any addition of line of receiving medicals..its just 40 days before i submitted my medicals.. Thanks to Almighty.. But one thing was missing..The email says that "my application is in final stage of processing ..Attached is the letter requesting the passports copies etc etc" But actually there was no letter attached..plz tell me if anyone got PPR1 , is there any kind of letter attached with the email requesting the passports copies? Thanks
WS
Dear friends... I was unaware of the fact that PPR1 is received in the email box and I was waiting for the postman to come... I'm sure it will go into my junk folder and it might have been received and got deleted... Now what can be done??? Please guide.

Send a case specific query to LVO, ask the current status of your application. Your V/O can send you the PPR-1, OR you may receive it from: london-im-enquiry @ international.gc.ca

Dear fellows,
EID Mubarik to all of you
i am visiting forum after a long time and don't know what are the hot issues under discussion now a days between you people. wish you all the best in you immigration cases.
as for as my rejected case is concerned i didn't leave the issue and will not leave it for at least 3 years as i waited for this response for 3 years.
currently i got my CAIPS results showing clear mistake of VO in calculating wrong duration of my job experience One Month instead of 13 months as Finance Manager.
VO issued me a refusal letter of job duties mismatch issue but in CAIPS visa officer admitted that job duties mentioned in my experience letter are very impressive but due to less then 1 year experience he refused my case.
so i send an email to Manager Immigration Team not only reconsider my case but also take action against such a non serious VO. i also send CC of this email to Minister Kenney, Director Immigration Section Federal Court of Canada, and judge of Federal court of canada.
i also give a deadline of 31-Aug-2012 to CHC to respond me as 60 days timeline for judicial review will end on 10th Sep. 2012.
i also send another email to court to file a petition myself without any lawyer and they informed me that according to law i can file petition against Visa officer decision myself just paying 50$ CAD.
i will send a reminder 7 days before 31, Aug 2012.
if i will not get any response from CHC i will file the petition representing myself in first week of September.
Lets see what will happen
Cheeta
Eid Mubarak to u and ur family, Best of luck for ur application. My prayers and a +1 for u. Nashe

While filling the Personal History section if the schedule A form, is it alright to mention activities covering longer periods of time ( 2-3 years) if the same activity was carried out in that time period. Or should we break it up into shorter periods? Senior members, kindly guide, as I have been asked for updated Schedule A form for the third time!! I'll be extremely grateful.
