i also did my medical in Feb 2012, and my VO is also JMR, he is very slow in reply, even also slow in reviewing the case
may be but in my case, he is fast, i sent him my baby documents and he sent us medical within one month... |

I do not think who is your VO matters, as they get orders from high ups and they are just there to follow orders, nothing more. If you order GCM notes you would know that they merely follow orders, and do nothing by their own self. |
