Assalamualaikum....
Dear Members...
I need some help !
The medical request forms i recieved has a missing name for my daughter in the Given Name box instead her name is printed in the Family Name box and the family name is missing altogether.My question is should i proceed with her medicals on the same form...?
Also she has a new passport .the old passport just had her given name as Zainab...and the new passport shows it as Zainab Abbas.
PLz help....totally confused.

Contact visa office, I never leave any doubt on any step, how the names are different in old and new passport ?  If these things are not properly explained, may cause delay. A similar example is available on the forum, due to surname change of spouse the passports of that applicant are in VO for last 70 days for visa stamping, they have replied that additional background checks are required due to name change. Your issue is complicated and sensitive. In my opinion, contact your lawyer in USA and tell him that you need a copy of the letter or e-mail he received from the LVO regarding your signatures, as you are applying for UK visa and that would be needed as a proof with visa application. If he has really received a letter or e-mail, definitely he will send that to you. Next step will be to write a letter to LVO and explain all your issues including request for allowing you to sign the papers in Islamabad Consulate.
Please also seek advice from other senior members as I am not an expert. Don't worry inshaAllah every thing will be okay.

Dear Members;
I sent updated documents/RPR Fee & Updated PCCs, received by IAN in LVO on 30th May 2012, (as per TCS Tracking)
Since than I have sent two email queries to LVO but they did not bother to reply or confirm the receipt of documents,
I am getting worried because my RPR DD, is yet to be en-cashed, even after passing two months of receipt.
Any idea or suggestion on the situation ?

As mentioned on the CHC london Website "confirming receipt of documents and bank drafts: In order to best use our resources, we will not confirm whether we have received your documents. If you would like such confirmation, you can send your documents by registered mail. If you would like confirmation that we have processed your bank draft, you can contact the bank that issued the draft". MY DD was cashed after 70 days of the dispatch |

well i have a question regarding MR.
How can i come to know that LVO got my MR along with PCC, Background/Declartion form and RPRF. is he/she send me any confirmation mail or anything else? becuase my MR received by LVO on 20th July and after that there is no news.

Respected Doc, The same thing happened with me that when i got my MR request then on the forms the spellings of my wife name was changed from the original spells and my kids surname was not written......so i shoot an email to LVO that i found the following errors in my MR forms so please advice that should i proceeds to medical exam or wait for these errors to be corrected.... In just 2 days i got the reply that please go ahead with the medical exam and we have noted the errors n they ll be corrected so DOC..........a piece of advice for ya will be..... 1) shoot an e mail to LVO n inform them and hopefully ya will receive the response in few days.......That was my experience.......Seniors may advice ya better.... I received this email from NMP on May 22, 2012 in response of my CSI.
" Thank you for your message. Please be advised that the above file is currently awaiting officer review and you will be advised if any additional information is required."
My timeline is almost same as yours. Medical received by LVO on March 21. Still waiting for PPR. |
