my mom is awaiting a major surgery on Tuesday for which I will be leaving for Lahore inshallah

Dear All, First response in thread though i'm regular viewer. Receive a response from CIC on September 25th saying that I need to submit few form i.e IMM0008 Generic Form, Schedules 1 and Schedules 3 + Additional Form for your Spouse only. (Simplified version will not accepted). Can anyone let me know what does it mean simplified version is not accepted? I assume these are same forms which are available on http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/skilled.aspAppreciate quick response. Thanks. |
