Attn. Seniors
As on my Inquiry CHC london inform me that they have sent me Medical instruction On June 01 2012 on my Karachi Address i replied that I have not received medical instruction kindly advice 3 days passed to my reply but did not get answer. My postal area is DHA karachi I asked them they denied it.
Please guide me what should i do.
What is duration of Medical Instruction. If expired then?

Could anyone please elaborate on the following
1. What is IMM 1017S? Is it medical form? I have not received any request for medical; instead I received 6-12 month wait letter. When do you think I'll get the request for medical.
2. When I sent the completed documents to London Visa Office, I updated my forms to include my newborn daughter, however it does not show in CAIPS. The only indication is this:
$150.00 CAD BANK DRAFT RECEIVED
1X DEPENDENT (UNDER 22 YEARS) FEE PAID

I am still waiting for my original documents like transcripts,birth certificates, marriage certificate which i have send in 2010.
They only send back my original degrees and bank statement in April 2012 which i have sent in March 2012.
Sir g my little input.....just like me send CHC email to return ur original docs at ur London address bcoz u need them urgently for interview/job/study. They returned my All original documents alongwith Original Birth certificate. Only left with them is my Employment letter + Promotion letters from company + IELTS. Also please tell me either these remianed documents will be returned or NOT..? Best wishes |

its very simple, ask ur friend and relative for fill the form and submit with passport copy n photos. will get in 10 days from lahore. |

the form is avaible in SSP Office, Near Islamia College, Civil Lines, get the form there, fill there and submit. PC validity is 3 months. |

Yes, hopefully you will get medicals inshallah but when, no body can tell. Your BFD is also of next year.... CAPIS are also similar to every 6-12 month case

This shows that your complete family is added, so no need to worry, if they have to, they will ask for updated forms again otherwise they wont.... I suggest one should not base his CSI on CAIPS result. Moreover, your 6-12 months letter must have suggested you not to make status requests... They might not reply...

Yes, it is possible, I got mine being in Karachi... It has a stamp on it 'issued in absence of person'... but my bro paid 2500 to get it urgently as he was facing typical cooperation from their office |
