congrtas, on wat reason ur case was refused. mine is refused last month due to job does not match.. etc.. how to appeal and how i can request them. thanks. |

yes you can write a letter to them along with supporting docs that can proof you JD are same they required |

I can confirm that your application is pending review by an Immigration Officer. We will be in contact when there have been further developments with the processing of your file.

before this i had eme thailed them 4 times and each time i got the reply that Back ground check is pending, and now the above ansewer
my question is that
DOes any one else got the same reply after back ground check
is it in routene that after BG check IO reviews the file
and how long this review will take
guys the wait is just killing and frustrating isnt it

Review after BG checks is the final review, after that they ask you for the passport... so you are very close... be patient and a question for you, how long BG checks took on your file? any idea? |

I m waiting for MR......against my CSQ LVO replied that Routine BG checks are undergoing..........what does this mean? hahahhahahaha either they will send MR., RPRF and PR altogether?

If you haven't did your medical then they will send you MR after BG checks... keep in mind BG checks is the only lengthy task during whole PR process.. once it is done the things will start moving.. hope that helps |
