I am much worried, my medical was done on 27th feb and reached london visa office 8th march......its more than 4 months....
but there are many other in the same boat, so we can't do anything, except to wait and pray.
May be LVO are waiting for some quota or something like that.
Lets hope for the best
Sir, does your e case show that they have received medicals? |

Dear sir, I am sorry to jump in your conversation but actually it was striking similarity that compels for that. My Visa officer is also MCH and my medical was also done on 28 feb. 2012.
Thanks for letting us know. I wonder what MCH is doing, sitting on our applications?!! |

I just want to let you people know that MCH,RIH,CKL,LBM etc are program assistants and not the actual immigration officers. They just follow the instructions from a senior officer (immigration officer) or do the initial paper screening review. Why I am telling you this is not to put blame on poor program assistants  who have no real authority and the actual officer is an immigration officer. Hope this helps. Thanks |

Dear Brother, I also had requested London Visa Office to send me Medical via TCS which they accepted, but actually the MR, which also contained Original Birth Certificate of my newly born son, was received by me through regular post and further letter was dated July 4, 2012 and reached my home July 09, 2012 in 5 days only. However it is important that I was in constant touch will my area's post man. Hope it helps. Azhar by TCS in 7 days and by normal mail from 15 to 30 days...
is ur VO initails are RIH ?

I also requested to send Originals as well as MR through TCS...2 weeks before VO emailed me that Original docs have been despatched through TCS....but till today i have not recieved any parcel through TCS ............. if normal mail took 5 days to reach then i dont know why my docs TCS is still pending. Allah khair karay...... |

LVO given me 65 points and refused my case on 15th May.. I did receive a letter on 4th June.. According to letter VO was not satisfied with my blood relation..
I was surprised to see that VO also did not given me spouse education points(I sent spouse BA attested university sealed transcript after 2 months of full docs but before issuance of 2nd AOR) VO also not returned that transcript with originals..
I wrote a reconsideration letter on 9th June with more proofs of blood relation and also mentioned that I had sent 13.5 yrs education certificates with full docs and 14 years transcript after 2 months (also attached courier and receiver receipts).. I wrote that VO mistakenly ignored my spouse transcript as he/she also not returned it to me. Kindly give me 4 points for spouuse and 5 points for blood relation. I need only 2 points and I deserve 9 points....
I sent this letter with attachments through courier as well as through email.
They replied me on 28th June that at the time of assessment your relationship was not satisfactory so VO did not give you blood relation points and/or VO was not satisfied with your's spouse post secondary education (you have failed to provide bachelor degree).
Your file will not re open.... And in last note: no request will entertain in future in this regard...
I was shauked to see this...
I again wrote an email on 30th June and wrote that
1. where is my spouse transcript. I believe that VO misplaced it because I sent it quite in time before 1 year making decision. Please find it ... Consider it and return me because this is original document and I can not bear the loss of it.
2. Why VO not given me minimum 3 points if 14 years transcript misplaced as I already submitted 13.5 years education certificates with full documents..
I need only 2 points please give me spouse education points...
Finally I received email today from VO of my 2nd email and they accepted there was an error of miscalculating points and my file has reopened. And also written that they will send me a request for the next steps required for processing for application within the next three weeks.
Thanks for all members and what would be the next step? 6-12 months letter or medical
