Dear Manzoor:

You will not get points under adapability as your spouse has Private masters (even it is HEC recognized). But if she has Bachelors as regular student, you will get 4 points under adapability for spouse education

Dependant age is locked but dependancy is not locked. From the original poter, it seems to me he is not dependant anymore as he is over 22 and not in continuous study. So better apply for FSW if you qualify as you will not get visa under family sponsorship

Hi Guys,

My sister and her family are canadian citizen. They applied for family class sponsorship for my parents. At time when CHC asked for documents. I was dependant on my parents. My parents had send my orignal documents to CHC like..Metriculation, Inter, BS Transcript...

But Now I am not dependant on them. But I am eligeble for skilled immigration. I want to apply under skilled immigration category now. But my orignal documents are in CHC. Anybody know how can I say them to send my documents back, but process my parents application in smooth manner?

My other question is If I cant get my documents back Can I apply under skilled worker category by these documents?

No intermediate or metric or previous certificates (But I have photocopy)
BS(4 years) : Degree (I do not have transcript, Coz My parents had sent with their application)
MS             : Degree
MS             : Transcript
Experiance Certificate
Salary Slips
Please let me know....
Thank You

If you was a dependent of your parents at the time your sister lodge an application to sponsor your parents, then you are still a dependent and are included in application regardless of your present age UNLESS you got married

Honeyborn.... Your list is not showing thime lines in terms of months. I believe that time lines is important for anaylsis the future happenings. Further, the given list is of old cases rather than new. In my opinion, one should maintain both old and new case list saparately at this forum. This will help members a lot.

Regards.

your early reply will be appreciated.

Dear Manj Bhai,

Thank you very much for wishing me !

Another query: Can you please tell me that for the Educational Certificates (Degrees). I have little confusion that If I can send them original? because it looks bit difficult for me to send them transcripts in University Sealed Envelop , as I am currently residing in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and  can not make my short trip to Lahore, Punjab University for this task.

Please guide me through your experience that will they accept original degree as a replacement of University Sealed envelop transcripts & if I send them original mark sheet too.

AND very Important,,,, Is it safe to send them originals Huh?

Please reply.
Thank you & regards,
