dear all
i hv applied in 2009 under NOC 4131.My status become IN PROCESS on 8May and DM on 13 May without medical.I got electronic copy of my refusal letter on 4 July.IO has not given me points OF MY LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY and no points of my spouse education.The factual position is that I have qualified IELTS with overall band score 7.0 and my spouse has 14 years of education with a university degree of 2 years.I have submitted all original educational documents of my spouse and my IELTS result along with my complete application. He has awarded only 53 points whereas i expect 71 points.Now what should i do?Should I write him for reassessment of my application with the copy of my these documents?Should I send them from courier or by e- mail with scanned copies?
PLEASE guide me.I m very much worried Sad Sad Sad
Write a reassessment request to Visa officer and explain all the position |

When did you applied Canadian Immigration initially. I did not send original documents just send notaries copies of all the documents I applied CIO on May 2011.
hi i applied on 28 oct 2010 and got acceptance letter in may 2011 then they asked for original docs on 18 oct since then i have no idea about my case. i sent original docs to visa office since it was mandatory according to their mail otherwise they clearlynstated that they will not do further processing. regards |

Mine is RIH, I was received medical paper on June 28, 2012 RMALI Mine is also RIH - and i am on same boat ....waiting for MR after submission of updated docs (May, 2012)

Dear rtippu / K_S / Ghulam Hasnain / RMALI I think we should be in close contact as our visa officer is same (i.e. RIH, do anyone know the complete name of him/her) and also our time lines looks closer to one another. May I know the following detail of your cases: Date of Inprocess as shown in ecas: Mine is February 22, 2012 Date on the letter requesting additional documents: Mine is February 28, 2012 Date on which LVO received your Documents: Mine is May 28, 2012 Whether any of you had added New Born in your case. hi i applied on 28 oct 2010 and got acceptance letter in may 2011 then they asked for original docs on 18 oct since then i have no idea about my case. i sent original docs to visa office since it was mandatory according to their mail otherwise they clearlynstated that they will not do further processing.

thanks bro. when did u sent the addition docs with RPPF and when ur DD was cleared as mine DD was cleared on or before May 10, 2012, but staiil awaiting from LVO to hear something By the way genrally LVO statrs background checks after completion of MR, but why they statred bakground check in our cases beofre MR. is there any one who knows the approx. time taken in BC. |
