Dear Seniors in the forum,
Needs ur urgent guidelines......I am waiting for my PPR since last 3 months after completing my Medicals......as a matter of fact on medical request they didn't asked me the POF. According to my Caips notes...V.O quote that......PA is claiming 23400 CAD in Bank acount noXXXX, Original bank letter and account summery and 6 months statements are on file.LICO appears met....
My query::::
as a matter of fact i had to draw the amount to purchase a home here in Pak.so my account has nominal value of funds now.........I am just waiting for PPR so if they ask for POF again i ll submit that at once.......Am i doing the right thing?
according to LVO..my background checks are going on......so r they gonna check my account on their own in "background checks" or Background checks only means security or criminality checks???
** I have been replied with two of the forum members n they states that their accounts was never been varified after getting medicals till PPR stage.........So Dear fellas, Pls waiting for ur kind guidelines?
Please reply ASAP.

After sending the documents, I send CSI and they replied that they have received the documents and case is in process.
Regarding RPRF fee, I checked with the bank and it is confirmed that bank draft has been cashed.
According to their letter, it was advised to wait 4 months for next corresspondence. I sent my documents on 16-03-12 so 4 months period will finish around 16-07-12. I will wait till then and after that, I will send another CSI for the updates.
What is your case status? Are you in the same situation like me?

After sending the documents, I send request for receipt confirmations but they did not replied. Regarding RPRF fee, I checked with the Money Changer (Dollar East) and it is confirmed that bank draft has NOT been cashed. According to their letter, it was advised to allow 4 months to processes incoming correspondence. my documents received on 30-05-12 by IAN , as confirmed by TCS. I sent document on "1 Grosvenor Square" as advised in the LVO letter. however another address "38 Grosvenor street" is stated on LVO website for correspondence of updated documents. Kindly confirm to which address you have sent your updated documents and received by whom ? My case is in process since 29th May 2009 as per E-Case Case history can be seen under my signature to compare situations. REGARDS. |

I dont think they will ask you for POF in future.. if they asked you in start. However, they asked me in start and at the time of Medicals too.. n then my PPR-1 came.. So, as long as your medicals are clear, you should wait for your PPR-1. Seniors can comment better.. |

Mine IO is also CKL, I m in process since March 2011, He ask for PCC, in last july, sent in Aug 2011, This may 2012 asked for updated form A, submitted on 23 May 2012, since then waiting for MR, actually HE IS DOING SOME RESEARCH ON US, -----------------------
OR TRYING TO DIG OUT THE REASONS FOR REFUSAL-------------

I sent my documents at 38 Grosvenor street address. Received by whom? I never really bothered to findout that. About your bank draft clearance, you have to wait coz its hardly a month or so since they received your documents. You have to wait and pray like others as they mention 4 months time for next corresspondence. |

Any draft from Pakistan needs 22 days to clear when deposited abroad your parcel received in UK on May 30, 2012, and VO do not send draft in clearing on the same day they receive parcel. So give few more days to clear your draft. |

Any draft from Pakistan needs 22 days to clear when deposited abroad your parcel received in UK on May 30, 2012, and VO do not send draft in clearing on the same day they receive parcel. So give few more days to clear your draft.

My status got in process in feb 2011 which is still the same and tell you what..my medical is expired which i got last year, rprf already paid and even encashed last year along with medicals and pcc. Upon sending a query I hardly receive an answer! Wish me luck please!!! |

i got approval on reconsideration ... CHC admitted their mistake
i received that email on 13 June following that my ecas status changed to in process again from DM
when i will be advised for next processing steps... MR or updated documents....
