AsalamaAlaikum All,
Hope all are doing gr8! well i have just lined up almost all the documents for applying to canada. we are filing under Manitoba provincial nominee program.
we DEARLY need guidance on a few things:
1. Where to get nikahnama translated 2. where to get documents notarized/verfied 3. How to get Police Clearance Certificate.
This form is very helpful, and it is so uplifting to see so many well ongoing cases! we are applying on our own, so please do pray for us...

1. Where to get nikahnama translated (You yourself can do it or you can go to the translators sitting adjacent the court in your city) u can translate from the people sitting outside district courts or if you want to do it urself, i have the formt, u can send an email on azfar_janjua @ hotmail.com for the format(s) (nikahnama, NIC and Bay Form) 2. where to get documents notarized/verfied ( Go to the nearest court in your city and find there office of the notarized/authorized person or get help from your worthy lawyer) notarized copies are enough. most of this forum members did the same and some even did not notarized the copies and got the approval. 3. How to get Police Clearance Certificate. (Go to the office of DPO (Disst. Police Officer) of your city/district) Correct, this is the only way.
Regards
Azfar

Sure for buffet And the work you guys are doing I'm sure you're collecting a lot of prayers. I wish I came across a forum like this when I applied in mid last year. I would have saved a lot of money, time and sleep. I really hate these consultants (so called experts). They charge you an arm and a leg and can't even do the minimal work they're supposed to do properly. My application was almost returned without processing due to their mistakes. My cousin's experience is the same; she had to re-apply and withdraw 1st application.. And my friend's sister who recently joined one of these firms has the same inside information that they're just making money for filling application forms. I hope awareness and good free knowledge will someday throw them out of the business. They make crazy amounts of money for offering nothing in return. @ ashaf...............Welcome to the Forum.....But Nothing is also free here brother...All that you have to do in return is to pray for us ...not for immigration only but in General. ))) and after sucess InshaAllha a Nice buffet lunch or Dinner for our dedicated free lancers. ))) LOL which we are still unable to plan but InshaAllha soon.... Manj and Amer Comments plz.

Dear SK and others,
offcourse, it is clearly mentioned that spouse and above 18 should separately submit additional family data forms but the question is 'how to fill up these forms by other family members except the principal applicant? cuz all information has been provided there for principal applicant only. for instance if my spouse has to fill up this form then situation will be as per following:
a) If i write my name in principal applicant's column, her name in spouse's column and name(s) of my father n their concerned columns then where should i have to provide details of her mother n father?
b) If I write her name in principal applicant's column, my name (Principal applicant) in spouse's column and names of her mother n father in their concerned sections and like wise her brothers n sisters in their concerned columns. it fulfills the requirement but a bit confusing that it is right or not.
situation is quite ambiguous..co-operation from all seniors in this forum is solicited please.

Manj and Amer Comments plz. May Allah bless you all for helping each other in such a time...Indeed the "EXPERTS" are a lot of hassle and make things more complicated. no doubt that Canada seems like heaven, but there is reality to it, right down to earth. The "Experts" make Canada look more like Heaven, or the promised land, where we will all be free of troubles, and enjoy life. We will have to struggle there as well, though we wont have to face Unnecessary troubles like load shedding, corrupt police, VIP culture and so on. You guys are great and thanks and thanks again for your "Expert" Experienced advice to all. Take Care... ===>A.Khan<===

So we need to get Nikahnama corrected.
Please if any guidance in this regards...It will be extremely helpful as we are confused and kinda stuck now....
Thanks all...take care.

Sufyan, In your form, you have to provide your father, mother, brothers and sisters details and in your spouse's form you have to provide her mother, father, brothers and sister detail. I hope this will clear the confusion. Regards,

Dear M.R.S. and few other, You may find the following thread interesting to understand the mindset of immigration officers regarding job descriptions and 'accumulated' experience: http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/got-refusal-despite-100-similar-job-description-qualification-t20984.0.html;msg105329#msg105329To get points for one particular NOC applicant don,t need to fulfill Employment Requirements for that NOC, listed to get points. These Employment Requirements are NOT for the people who claim points for that NOC, for the purpose of Immigration, rather these requirements are for getting job in that particular NOC once you are in Canada. National Occupation Classification (NOC) is a list with different individual NOCs for each occupation which are further classified as Skill Level O, A, B,C and D. So all your NOCs under which points are claimed must be either in Skill level O, A or B to get points. One can have two experiences of different NOCs with different type of jobs to claim points but these must be in Level O, A or B.To get points as a finance manager you don,t need a degree in Finance. People are good Finance Manager here with B.A qualification and years of experience in Finance. Our contractors are very good Construction Managers without any formal degree but with a lot of experience so they will get points for that. So if one gets a bachelor degree in computer science and two years of IT experience and after that gets some job related to advertisement, he/she will still get points for both NOCs, the NOC for the IT job and NOC for advertisement job, if in Skill level O, A or B. Here is the NOC Matrix to better understand Skill Levels http://www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/NOC/English/NOC/2006/pdf/Matrix.pdfI am surprised !!! If its true then it endroses my point that the whole immigration policy is flawed But i doubt its is like this ! MRS

There should be no objection or rejection from CiC? it has really got us worried! Can we or should we get it corrected, and if so how do we get the correction...
