Another member received rejection letter with ecase as RBVO very dangerous.

I wasn't able to find the specific "29 Elligible NOC Code List" (though searched alot in the search tab) what you mentioned in your reply but as per my current job responsibilities of technical management/analyst in the field of telecommunications (specifically satellite communication)

The N.O.C code 013 Managers in communication (except broadcasting) matches with my job
or specifically 0131 Telecommunication carriers managers (This unit group includes managers who plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a telecommunications establishment, department or facility. They are employed by wired, wireless, satellite and other telecommunications carriers.) [satellite and wireless communication is mentioned clearly  ]

also Several of the mentioned titles under this N.O.C category matches with my current designation , so i guess i've come across the right thing

I have to secure at least three years of experience to meet the "points criteria" and initiating the first ever step which is going to happen at February 2013 inshaAllah [Education+ job experience + ielts + age], therefore i'll be applying for immigration just February 2013 most probably

I am pursuing MBA in parallel with my job , it will be completed on December 2013 inshaAllah, In case if I apply at feb or march 2013, would i be able to mention about my MBA degree (on going) or i can only mention it after finishing..

 No problem at all,you are always welcome brother, as already mentioned by another brother at the same thread , the quota has been reached so the new (or may be revised ) list will be available around July 1st or so. Regarding your mentioned NOCs mentioned in your post, unfortunately none of them is included in the old list ( do hope and pray that any one of them could be included in the new one)

Well if you qualify for applying ,and will be able to apply till Feb 2013, you will have to keep an eye on the quota limit for your NOC as only 500 applications/per NOC are allowed from all over the world now ,which usually fills up very quickly .

Regarding your MBA , yes you can mention it in your initial application to CIC , but you need to understand that fact that CIC will consider your MBA degree and award you points for that ONLY if your degree transcripts reach CIC before/at the point evaluation stage for your application.If you think you MUST have your masters degree points in order to reach mark of 67 points then I think you should wait for the completion of your MBA, as CIC does NOT grant ANY points for incomplete degrees,diplomas etc.

What is the procedure for appeal, today I received a rejection letter, stating that;
You have indicated that you have work experience in an occupation with the following NOC codes 0213....
Although the NOC codes corresponds to the occupations specified in the instructions, I am not satisfied that you have a minimum of one year of continuous full-time, or equivalent part-time, paid work experience in the occupation(s) in the last ten years.
My question is shall I go for appeal, because I had provided them experience letters on my Company's letter head which clearly shows my JDs and job title and two years experience.

Disappointed and broke. Please help.

And If I don't appeal then in how many days I will receive my refund and documents.

Hi,
I am going to add my new born baby into my application in next week. I have made all the documents. I would get the passport in next week. I want to ask some questions:

1- Do we need to send copy of birth certificate or the original birth certificate?
2- Secondly, My wife finished his Msc degree recently. Do i need to send his transcript and degree too. He was doing his M.sc when i initialy applied and i also mentioned that in my forms.

3- We do not need to provide addtional famlily information form for our CHILD, right?
