I need help and suggestion; I have done 2 years BCS then 2 years MCS non HEC college in 2005 and thn in 2010 i applied for FSW with these degrees. and in 2011 i get a chance to get the degree of BCS 4 years HEC recognized university and i did it, now the transcript of 4 years BCS degree issued date 2005 and the degree awarded on 2011. it means i got transcript back date.
now the question is i am in abu dhabi and doing job with the base of 4 years BCS degree but in LVO recode i have done MCS. When LVO check my recode here in abu dhabi then it show BCS degree 4 years. Please advise me how to sort out this issue.

just checked e-cas and it says 'Decision Made', no email or mail letter received yet. I had sent Medicals on May 10, updated forms/police clearance/fees on May 15th; just hope that it is good news. Visa office is Jamaica.

I received 6 to 12 months wait letter and as per CAIPS notes my next BFD is 30.4.2013. Today me e-case status showing old address. Its very strange, does this change happen with all applicants who received wait letter. Please comment.

i did 4 years BBA following one year MBA so i was awarded 22 points instead 25
I did reconsideration against the decision and last week i received below email from CHC London
Dear Madam/Sir
This refers to recent correspondence received at our office requesting reconsideration of your application for permanent residence in Canada as a Federal skilled worker.
i have reviewed the file and the case notes and i can confirm there was an error made in the calculation of points for your education. i am therefore prepared to reconsider your application.
you will be advised of the next processing steps by post or by email addresses provided in the application.
your sincerely
Visa officer (JGL) Canadian High Commission
so i have been awarded full points(25) of my education and now I will get MR ?

At last the wait is over...
My case status turned into decision made on 1st May 2012 after being in "in process" for about 4 months. Today I received rejection letter dated 22 May, that my job duties does not match with the NOC 4131:(
Its very sad as all my papers and case was 100% genuine but Allah knows better about our future...
Thanks to every member of this forum and keep up the good passion to help each other.
If any one knows someone whose case has been rejected based on job mismatch and reopened later, please do let me know.
