Dear Experts,
i got my letter today and it says that they have rejected my application b/c we never submitted the documents that they asked for i.e.schedule A.
actually we never received that letter.
Please give me your valuable advice on what to do next.
should i write an e-mail+ letter saying that we never received the letter and our case should be reconsidered? or seek legal help.

Aao,
I received 6-12 months wait letter two days ago and since yesterday my ecase status shows only my name. My status on the first page which was "In Process" is missing. What could be the reason?

have you still got the 'decision made' on the ecas. it should be right bottom of the 'in process' line. if you only got 'in process' missing and still got 'decision made' on it. then i will have to say it is something that need to worry. same ecas on mine aswell. rana note: pls get back to me on my personal message.we can share each other views |

I also noticed something new.....Yesterday when I checked my ECAS shocked to see that my address has been automatically change to my previous address without my "change of address request". I am no more living on that address. My case is in its final stage as I have already send updated forms, did my medical and waiting for PPR-1. Is this happened to any forum member?

1)MEDICAL FOR ME,MY SPOUSE AND 2 KIDS
2)PCC
3)FBI CLEARANCE FOR SPOUSE
4)RPRF
5)UPDATED BACKGROUND DECLARATION FORM
My question is can i send all requested documents before medical or should wait till DMP send my medical reports to cic
my second question is as FBI takes several weeks to send clearance record,wouldn't it be better if i send
all other papers without waiting for FBI CLEARANCE
SENIORS PLEASE HELP.

hiya aoun,,, they asked from me IMM0008 , background and travel history form.....i sent them on 28-may-12. now waiting for Medical papers InshaAllah. against my query in forum senior memers said that they gonna issue u medicals to u. so same to u AOUN. best wishes |

it is no harm to send updated documents just make sure whn FBI report u will receive u again send this report? if u have time thn u have to wait FBI report and thn send ur documents in one pracle... |

Applicants with updated docs + RPRF letter, are most likely to get medicals soon after docs submission, while 6-12 letter means they will wait |

Hi, Frankly , I always consider that a VO relationship with an applicant is completly different from other applicants. Every case is judged on individual basis . If you need my suggestion I will consider every aspect of my application before writing VO . Then I will decide . |
