Dear friends,
Few days back, my e-cas went non-responsive but since yesterday its working. But in my e-cas, my address is missing now....which is supposed to be a positive sign generally that VO is working on the file. I m "In Process" since August 2011 and waiting my Medicals now.
Any other fellow on the forum is experiencing the same "address disappearance" nowadays?

Dear Experts,
i got my letter today and it says that they have rejected my application b/c we never submitted the documents that they asked for i.e.schedule A.
actually we never received that letter.
Please give me your valuable advice on what to do next.
should i write an e-mail+ letter saying that we never received the letter and our case should be reconsidered? or seek legal help.

Aao,
I received 6-12 months wait letter two days ago and since yesterday my ecase status shows only my name. My status on the first page which was "In Process" is missing. What could be the reason?

There could not be any meaning . You received your letter for wait so don't worry . I got stamped passport but ECASE still " in process". . So don't upset urself . Cheers. |

Thanks, will do so. i have another query. When i submitted the application in in March 2012, IELTS was not a mandatory requirement, so i opted for proof of English language proficiency, which i duly submitted. as of now, submission of IELTS results is mandatory. please advise what should i do now. should i do the IELTS or not as i don't know whether they have already awarded me language points or not. Thank you |

Dear, No need to worry . Just send them an email that you have noticed previous address on your ECASE . However, you have already informed office about new address . Then , I believe , it's their issue to correct it . |

Hi, If i am on your position will go for IELts . Taking IELts increase the chances of your sucess . However , I personally believe only your VO can advice you properly . Rest, this is purely my opinion wait for some other member or write to Qorax he may give you good advice. |

Noman Hi, I did that when I changed my postal address . I emailed them , fax them and by post As well. And obv your email would be saved ( sent) into your sent box and keep fax and courier reference . |

hello,i m a silent observer of this forum since one year.Recently i have received a request from cic as following:
1)MEDICAL FOR ME,MY SPOUSE AND 2 KIDS
2)PCC
3)FBI CLEARANCE FOR SPOUSE
4)RPRF
5)UPDATED BACKGROUND DECLARATION FORM
My question is can i send all requested documents before medical or should wait till DMP send my medical reports to cic
my second question is as FBI takes several weeks to send clearance record,wouldn't it be better if i send
all other papers without waiting for FBI CLEARANCE
SENIORS PLEASE HELP.
