i got DM status after RBVO on 15-May-2012 without any processing date in my online status.
i am still waiting for any letter from CHC but nothing came yet.
last day i send them 3 emails for any development in my case following is my inquiry email.

I applied for PR Canada under FSW fast track program back in Jun 2009.My

I want to know what the current status of my file is.
I would highly appreciate if you kindly let me know if my file is under

and today i received following reply from CHC london

@ CHEETA WHY THE CHC HAVE DECLARED SOME TIME AGO THAT YOU WILL RECEIVE A LETTER ABOUT THE DECISION, YOUR TIMELINE IS CLOSE TO MY TIMELINE, BUT IN MY CASE I HAVE MADE SENT OUT A LOTS OF INQUIRES TO CHC LDN BUT THEIR ANSWER, THAT MY FILE IS UNDER BC CHECKS, SINCE AUGUST,2011. Aao,
I received 6-12 months wait letter two days ago and since yesterday my ecase status shows only my name. My status on the first page which was "In Process" is missing. What could be the reason?

I'm not expert on it but my suggestion knock them again after sometimes not now . Around a month or two later . |

Your medicals will remain valid for one year from the date you have done your medicals that is December. Give a gape of at least two months before sending any query. |

Dear Experts,
i got my letter today and it says that they have rejected my application b/c we never submitted the documents that they asked for i.e.schedule A.
actually we never received that letter.
Please give me your valuable advice on what to do next.
should i write an e-mail+ letter saying that we never received the letter and our case should be reconsidered? or seek legal help.

Thankyou for your reply. In your time line you write........Interview: waived, how you know that your interview is waived? How do i know about mine ? Your medicals will remain valid for one year from the date you have done your medicals that is December. Give a gape of at least two months before sending any query.
