Dear Seniors,
Its been three weeks since I saw this message on eCAS "We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on May 25, 2012" but till today I didn't receive any letter. What I supposed to do now and how they send the letter, by normal mail or by TCS.

My application was rejected in Feb 2012 becuase of wrong calculation of points. I opted for the appeal and today I received a mail containing following
"I have reviewed the file and the case notes and I can confirm that there
was an error made in the calculation of adaptability points
. I am therefore prepared to reconsider your
application.
You will be advised of the next processing steps by post or by email to
the mailing and email addresses provided in the application."
pl guide me what could be the next step
Starali please add me in the list again

I am new to this forum and this is my first post
i don't know how to ask this
I have got my decision letter from VO
and he did not give me points for my sister who is PR of Canada.
He claimed that i did not provide the birth certificates and marriage certificates.
While I provided these.Plaese help me out how can i apply for appeal to reopen my case
My case is very Genuine....

NOC 4131 Intiall Application: Nov 2009 complete application submitted in CIC London: April 2010 Ecase status changed to DM in Feb 2012 |

Dear, Simply write to VO and explain him the situation and again send the same certificates. Try to use polite language.In my case VO did not give me spouse's educational points and I sent again all original educational certificates along with appeal. hope this will help you |
