I need advise from forum members and shall be grateful for seniors' guidance;

As you are aware that my medicals were done on 19th April 2012 and updated forms and docs incl rprf were received by LVO on 8th May 2012 (tracked through TCS)

Should I send CSI asking for acknowledgement for receipt of meds and docs.

Shall be grateful for input from other friends sharing same time line.

Thanks & Regards,

Hasnain

Dear members,

As per my understanding the PPR is sent through e-mail. am I right?

Anyone who received through letter (thru courier OR postal whatever)?

regards,
imhussain
I also wanted to ask this question. I think there is one member adanibaba who've just received maple leaf has got the PPR letter by snail mail & he is in Australia. Other than him I haven't seen any? If someone from Pakistan has received PPR-1 through post mail please tell.
Thanks

In my opinion if the courier tracking shows that your documents have reached there safely then no need to send CSI.

Form B can be used as the national identity documents. The number mentioned against the child will be the NIC Number once he/she gets the age of majority.

May be you are right, it can be used as national identity doc, but I am sure you may agree that Form B is certainly not national identity doc, because if such is the case we may never bother to go to NADRA office for obtaining CNIC. Nevertheless, it is better to make copy of Form-B along with attested english translation part of supporting documents to application. So no harm in attaching Form-B, without bothering whether it is national identity doc or not.  Smiley Smiley

Dear canada1234:
Thanks for your advise, I had the same thing rolling in my mind, but I have no track for medicals except for confirmation from IOM that they have sent my meds to LVO.
Anyways I think it is better to wait and keep track of other forum friends sharing the same time line.
Regards,

Dear Ghulam Hasnain,
It would be better for you to have tracking number with you. You may need it as a proof if the VO misplace your medical (god forbid) or otherwise refuse to accept that your medical is received. One of my friends faced such situation when LVO said it didn't receive his medical. He provided the proof. Also, after a lapse of 3 months data can not be tracked even if you have tracking number. As a precaution insist on getting the tracking number. Best of Luck.
