DECISION MADE
Dear Brothers,
Please advise if anyone has experienced below in his case.
I just checked my estatus 4 days back and observed that my status changed in 'DM' from ' In Process" and when i click on DM internal status shows me a new line eloborating about my status that 'process has been started from May 28, 2012'. But why 'DM' is hown on front page while I have not yet received medicals.
My current estatus is :-
We received your application for permanent residence on April XX, 2010.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on June XX, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review.
A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.
We transferred your application to the London England office on June XX, 2010. The London England office may contact you.
Your application was reviewed and we started processing on May 28, 2012. (This line is recently included in status, which is showing that process started on may 28 2012.)
Please please please advise...

I think there is no need to worry. The DM could be an error. |

Dear Seniors please help urgently,
Today, I received a phone call from the Agent who I took help in filling the form couple of years ago, he is now in Canada. He is saying that he received my MR to his Canada address and asking me to pay the remaining amount of 1 lac Rs so he can forward that MR to me although I have no objection in paying him the balance amount. My question is, how come he received MR on my behalf whereas I had given my home address to eCAS and on my inquiry I had been seeing my home address on CIC website. Secondly, he said that act urgently because the medical time frame these days has been shorten and validity is one month only.
I am very much upset and don't know what to do.
It has been a blessing for us that you guys are there and helping us and relieving our depression.

While filling forms u must have given ur home address for correspondence, same is reflecting on ur Ecase then it's impossible he got correspondence on your behalf.. Moreover, one has to fill a form to nominate consultant, did u fill one? If not, then cent percent he is not right... If u can, ask him to scan and send u copy, then u can share it with forum members who can tell u if it's original or not... My idea only as I didn't get medicals till now so don't know how to spot uniqueness .. |

His last statement "medical time has been shortened to one month" makes him suspecious. People who have recently got medical can shed light on the time frame given these days. Can you clarify followings: 1) While submitting your application, have you signed the attorney form to officialy declared him your consultant? 2) Was your AOR mailed to his address or yours? If he is not declared consultant in papers submitted to CHC then he can not receive your documents. But if he is officially your correspondednt and you want to confirm if he is not lying then you can verify your medical by following means. 1) Shoot an urgent email to CHC asking them whether they have issued your medicals? If yes then on what date? Hopefully they will respond in few days. 2) If any friend/relative can meet him and just see the forms to verify he has got it? 3) Or may be you can ask your consultant to show the medical forms to you on a video chat. Dont ask him to send an image file as its not possible for a layman to identify if the image have been modified. Hope it helps. Dear Seniors please help urgently,

Bro u send CSE to CHC and ask them whether they have sent u medical request or not . By the way what address is written on your ecas from the first day is it ur address or ur consultant address if it is ur address and u had not written any other address then definitely it will come on ur address via courier of regular mail. . Was ur consultant a register consultant with cic if no then definitely he is trying to cheat u . And regarding the validity of medical he is lying it is 60 days minimum as in my medical letter they gave me 60 days to complete it.

You can see the sequence of statements as well. Normally it has been observed that the review line appears before the decision line if a decision has been made. But in this case the last line is review started. So again "I THINK" that it could be an error. |

Today my adress re-appeared in ecas after 27th january 2012 . but the inside details remain the same
In process with " We received your application for permanent residence on July 13, 2011"
What does it reflect ? it means nothing has been done on my file ?
My VO is LVO and im under MI3
