Hello, need to discuss a problem. I applied under 0213 in Jan 2009, received acceptance in Feb 2009 from Sydney Nova Scotia. Sent documents to embassy in Pakistan in April 2009 (without IELTS, as I opted written submission), received reply from Immigration Officer that, you secured 10 for age, 21 for experience, 25 for education and 4 for adaptability, results to 60 points. Officer did not accept written submission and gave ZERO points in laguage. Officer gave final chance to submit IELTS. IELTS result submitted on Sep 05, 2009 with (6 in writing, 6.5 in listening, 7 in reading and 8 in speaking) which according to CIC website results in 12 points. If totals with 60 then it will become 72 points, corsses 67 requirement.

Online status of application shows that decission made and case withdrew on september 12, 2009.

What to do now, as I have sent IELTS result on Sep 05, 2009. I am afraid of the result is being delivered to the key person or not?

Got Letter from India today which was posted on 24th Sep, 2009.

They have asked for the

Chest x-ray: LORDOTIC (actual film and report required)

This x-ray is required only for myself.

Tomorrow, I will go to DMP for further instructions. Please I need your prayers and support.

As u said earlier that contract is not necessary just send them reference letter but i just saw in application guide that we have to send employment contract to islamabad.

What u say about it?Any useful comments on it?

Secondly Birth certificate is important to main applicant and spouse or just computerized id with husband name and computerized passport will work?

1. In my case i was not having any contract letters, So i just send them my Experience certificates (Reference letters). Which were holding the full detail of my joining, leaving Dates, Job Title, and job Description. It worked Nicely and it was only one page very simple reference letter duly signed by my HR Managers and Stamped. (My Personal Experience).

2. Birth certificates are important.

Hello senior members, if you could just help me out at this... my husband applied in skilled category from islamabad in 2007 we are now interested in applying again under the fast track program as well because one can have 2 parallel applications...am i right?
The application system was quite simple in 2007 when we applied but now a days its a bit complicated...like for instance in the 38 noc list there is a sub list dividing them into skill levels A,B and O...if you see where there are 38 occupations list is given there is an eligibility tool that can be used to get an idea whether your application can be eligiable for processing or not...my question is a little complicated...in this sublist the 38 occupations are subdivided into more categories like management, business finance and administration etc where my husband falls into place but if i see the 38 list there is no category as management at all...i am posting the link to the page,...kindly see to the eligibility too at the bottom of the page and let me know...whether we should apply again under fast track or just stick to our previous application..thank you for this complicated question but i have high hopes senior members will be able to understand and answer my question...thank you once again

Dear Mary,

I recommend that you should only submit your reference (experience) letter. If you do not have the contract then please do not worry about it. Your reference letter should contain all the details as informed by Hot-lier.

I also would like to ease your worry about birth certificates. Birth certificates are valid if endorsed with "town committee" within 3 months of the birth. Late entries are not acceptable. If you do not have them there is no problem only with Pakistani Canadian High Commission. They accept your Passport, NIC and your Matric certificate as proof of your age. For your children, the 'Bai form' is also acceptable.

The ND medical office probably is located in an area where these cases are in abundance so they screen the Pakistanis also same way. Do not worry AT ALL, and you will be InshahAllah clear of any doubt very soon.

According to my Information , New Medical Director is oppointed in India almost 4 months back. He is not taking any decission for even minor issues and want the things to be crystal clear to make final decission on medicals. A lot of applicants are effected in terms of delay . Finally things go fine in this case InshaAllha.
